They do have a wide range of toys and I thought pretty reasonable prices. The thing that let it down for me was the staff - one of them was pretty blunt and not helpful and I had to ask a couple of queries to extract the information out. The staff are also quite young and inexperienced but hopefully they build their confidence over time. Although, let's face it, no 16 year old has long term career goals to do casual work at a retail store.

Huge selection of toys, puzzles, boardgames and more. Staff always seem to be busy so asking for help or advice it's tricky.

Very cramped store, and the staff definitely do not have the vibe or personality of people who belong in toy stores.

The worker working the costume section around 1pm Saturday 30th July, was extremely rude. Was just trying to buy a costume for my little brother she instead was extremely condescending to the point where she basically kicked us out. Now my brother has to go to his party without a costume and he's extremely upset.

Daughters first Christmas and because dads going away had it early the wiggles light and music box doesn't work and batteries rusted through it and a fur real dinosaur that only jumps and suppose to have 35+ sounds and movements I'm fuming and ofcorse can't find the reciept‍️ didn't even think these things would be an issue WHAT A JOKE, NEVER GOING BACK.

Jordan at Mr Toys was truthfully the epitome of perfect service. Very rarely do we come across a staff member who is everything you might need in a sales assistant. Jordan was an absolute breath of fresh air, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Staff members like her are absolute assets to companies & need every bit of recognition the company can provide. Thank you Jordan - you were incredible.

The only decent toy store in Indooroo at the time of review. Board games available too. Could be laid out a bit better

Not interested in making money. Staff are rude and unhelpful or uninformed. Wanted to buy 2 RC cars for my kids, budgeting $500. Walked away with Pokémon plushies instead, I’ll just buy online.

A normal mr.toys but they also keep their pokemon card stock levels good. Their prices are also competitive with KMART

I live in SA and was after a toy that is sold out everywhere online and most stores too. This store was the 3rd place I called and they actually had it in stock and were willing to post to me.

I spoke to two different girls who were so friendly and went out of their way to help me. They packaged it up and took it to the post office, let me know a quote to send it and posted it right away.

I have recieved the item 1wk later which I'm so pleased about. Thank you so much, now i can relax as Christmas is all sorted:)

In general this is a great store with a good selection of toys. Not the cheapest for items you can find at Kmart or Target as well (e.g. Lego sets) but has a better selection. Had a bad experience with a staff member a couple of years back when she was quite obnoxious when I went looking for a replacement lipo battery for a $200 R/C car I bought from them 2yrs before. Her response was, that's what happens when you buy cheap R/C cars. I found that very unprofessional given I was with my son, for whom I had bought that as a birthday present. I also don't consider $200 cheap for a R/C car. All other staff I have come across are friendly and professional.

Helpful and friendly staff. Large store with a huge variety of toys. Want to see how time flies then come to this store

Visited the store today while up in QLD to purchase some Citadel Paints.
Saw there was a bucket with a few in there that said "From $4 Prices As Marked".

Excited as I was and seeing there was no prices on any of them, I asked a team member named Corey for assistance with prices.

He responded with "As it clearly says, they are from $4".

I noted that they were not marked with their prices as stated and he simply repeated himself.

I again stated that it says 'prices as marked' and that none were priced.

He then said "If you don't like it, shop somewhere else".

Disappointed in this service as they were amazing and helpful at Ipswich the day before.

Went to buy more Light Trax for our son, the price was marked on the box at $19.99, thought how good is that and such a great price, I was pleased with choosing Mr Toys Indooroopily at this point. Get to the counter to pay and the teenage girl at the register says “$39.99 today”. I tell her the box is clearly marked at $19.99 why are you asking for $39.99? To which the attitude arises and she says ‘well it’s been marked wrong $39.99 is the price do you want it or not? My blood pressure rises but I figure no point making a scene as it’s a children’s store filled with families also shopping. I pay the full price as my son really wanted it.perhaps additional training for the teenage employee will suffice, because at this point I’ll shop elsewhere due to this below par experience

Amazing collections of lego to collect from this store. Even 16+ lego the collectables kind for adults to build

No stars. Received terrible customer assistance when a toy i purchased there broke 31 days after i bought it. It was a $99 item, not cheap. Was just met with "it is store policy blah blah blah. ". Could have gone a little bit further and offered assistance with contacting the manufacturer. Better off going to Kmart.

Soooo overpriced! I was about to purchase a Moana doll from Mr Toys for $89.99 when my friend advised me another major retailer had the same toy advertised for $39. They wouldn't price match either. Bizarre that they mark up so much and people still shop there.
