Visited today. Good place for toys.

Staff are kind, and hats off to the guy (couldn't ask his name) who offered help to take toys to the counter.

It has a very good variety, all reasonable range of prices and qualities and the store is really large to provide a relax environment to search and shop.very friendly staff. I really like the place and I wish I was a kid.

Good customer service and a large rang of products, just a bit more expensive on some items.

Fantastic Customer Service from the staff. Purchased a Quad Bike for my Granddaughter. Highly recommend. All credit to the staff here. Very helpful and respectful.

Love the range and choices of toys and games. Great place to layby the kids Christmas gifts, before all the pick presents not available. Adults enjoy shopping here too as more than children's selections are here too.

OMG so big. The kids love it, there is heaps of room to test out the scooters bikes etc. The staff are all so helpful, kind and happy!

Bought 3 faulty toys and was refused a replacement even though they had the mr toys stickers on the packaging. No I didn’t have my receipt any longer but customer service and would have been nice.wasn’t asking for a refund.

The staff here are so helpful and understanding. After purchasing presents I realised the kids were going to be in the car and might notice the toy bag. The staff member turned the bag inside out so the kids wouldn't notice! Omg what a sweet thing to do! I was so grateful. They always have something I can go home with after having no idea what to get.

Lots and lots of toys to choose from. Great selection. Almost too hard to make a decision from so much choice.

We just had the loveliest assistant ever! The product we were looking for was difficult to find and Christian went above and beyond to help us find it! Even calling back an hour later after researching our request! Fantastic! Thankyou so much Christian

Surprised by certain models kits that were stocked here. It's a good place to buy kits every now and then. The price is a bit high though.

Went to buy a present here and ended up spending quite a bit of time in the store because it is so big. There were lots of games and toys on special. Staff are very accommodating and friendly and I had a great experience overall, I will definitely shop here in the future.

Phenomenal place, always had a good time to say about it. Never had bad customer service ever. I’ve never had a problem with this place and it’s always been lively and chirpy

Very helpful staff. They spent 10-15mins helping me by tracking down items that I found on the website but couldn’t see on the shelf etc. Huge store. Could do with some trolleys at the front door, none to be seen on the day I was there but I found another brand trolley outside so problem solved easy enough.
