Mott and Mulberry

Fantastic little shop and excellent customer service. A product that I bought from here was faulty and I contacted them after 6 weeks. They were extremely helpful, responded quickly to my emails and gave me a new product on the spot. Very impressed!

I bought two cards for birthdays - excellent value for money. The cards are unusually good; so much so, Mott & Mulberry is now my go-to store for cards.

When I paid, I was helped by a lovely lady who has a warm, helpful and friendly attitude.

I went there the other day, for a Birthday gift for my Neice.which in deed, I did actually purchased. But I also solved another problem, that I had been struggling with, for sometime. A handbag that I had, had terrible straps. I had been told by bag shops, that it was impossible to purchase, straps separately. Well walking into Mott and Mulberry at Indooroopilly, there they were, on the first display. Unfortunately they didn't have the colour, I wanted. But the kind Service Assistant, was good enough to take my details and said that she would order the colour, I preferred in for me. I couldn't be happier. I didn't mind waiting, when I knew my problem was finally solved. Thank You Mott and Mulberry, for proving Bag shops wrong and helping me get a stap for my Handbag sorted finally.

I love this store! They have the most unique and beautiful gifts, and great customer service. I've often gone shopping for gifts for other people and ended up buying for myself, too. I recently placed an order online and everything arrived so nicely wrapped. I didn't want to open it, but happy I did!

A lovely shop that stocks many unique jewellery, candles, socks and leather goods. I would have purchased more items from this store if the customer service is not so appaling. A handful of times I went into this shop to buy gifts I was ignored (no hello, goodbye or even a smile from the staff member). The only interaction I had with the staff during these visits were when I was paying for the items I was purchasing. Such a shame because the store is lovely but the customer service is very poor. As a result I shop elsewhere for gifts or unique jewellery!

Nice little shop of "stuff". A pleasing array of homewares, leather goods (and "vegan" alternatives), aromatherapy type things, gift cards, some clothes, jewellery.

Worth a look around, especially not you're looking to buy yourself or someone else a gift (not a cheap gift though).

What a store. I could spend a half day here browsing. Unique and quality gifts for anyone. Candles, jewellery, guy gifts, baby gifts, ladies clothing, best choice of cards and wrapping paper. See if you can pay and not buy something from the counter in front of you. Ladies in store super helpful.

Great ambience and feel as soon as you set foot in this amazingly decorated shop you are giving warm welcomes from the friendly and helpful staff. This shop has a real homely feel and is obviously run by a dedicated passionate family. And as soon as you purchase something from this shop you are admitted to that loving tribe!

Love this store. There should be an option fir a sixth star as this store would be worthy of it. A joy to browse around and always can find a suitable gift for male, female, friend or partner. If you are stuck for a gift you will resolve it quickly. Left to browse or extremely helpful staff with good ideas. If that isnt a great experience, at check out the offer of gift wrapping is always appreciated and the final product is a gift you will enjoy giving to a fortunate recipient.

In love with this store. It's my number one go-to place for gifts (and treats for myself). I love the variety throughout the store, especially the purses, handbags and earrings. The staff are always lovely, it's a peaceful place to shop. I'm going to miss going here when I have to move away next year.
