Redoing my review from a year or so ago.
Was in a crash that wasn’t my fault and Sheri was so fast an efficient to help me find a new Mini and liaised directly with Allianz to get the replacement moving along fast.
She is an asset to Motorline Mini.
Also want to say I had my old mini in for a service a month or so ago and they were great as well.

Thank you to Sheri and the team at Motorline Mini for helping me make my dream of owning a Mini a reality. Even though I am interstate Sheri sent me videos of the car, answered all of my questions and even arranged for delivery which was only a couple of days! I couldn’t be happier and would recommend Motorline Mini to everyone.

UPDATE 14/3/23: Motorline has been purchased by Autosports (also own Gold Coast Mini) and they literally only care about getting money out of you. Don't even think of using them. I've only given one star because I have to, otherwise would be no stars.

The absolute nicest people. I bought my Mini Ray here in 2011 (the cheapest mini) and was always treated like a rock star. The same can’t be said for mini Gold Coast - so when I get my new mini next year, I’ll definitely be coming back to Motorline. X

We are extremely dissapointed with Motorline Mini Garage service. Our 3 years old Mini Cooper car sunroof stopped working and they want around $700 to diagnose. It should have been free under service warranty.

Visited the showroom to “look” at a mini…. Walked out having ordered one. Sheri is awesome to deal with, I never felt any pressure or buy but how could I not buy this amazing little “Paddy”. I am so happy with my mini- even after nearly 6 months I get excited to drive it every day. Very very happy

Sheri is honest, upfront and I could not be happier with the service she provided. I shopped around before choosing my dealership. Sheri was the furthest distance away from me, some 100 kms plus further, though given the accuracy, efficient and honest manner in which she dealt with me I had no hesitation in travelling the extra distance to work with her to order my beautiful new car. A car is such a significant purchase and one that you live with for years so you need to have the right person working with you to achieve what you want. It's all about delivering and Sheri made that happen for me in the time allowance promised.

We were very impressed with Sebastian, our salesperson, his knowledge of Mini was unbelievable and he could answer every question we had plus tell us much more. The test drive experience was better than any other dealer. We couldn't be happier!

I bought my Mini Clubman Cooper S here in 2020 and attended today for its second scheduled service. The Service Department, again, was less than helpful and didn't meet my expectation from a premium-branded organisation. Someone behind me in the queue was allowed to push forward and was attended to ahead of me (she appeared to know the Service clerk). There was confusion when leaving the car about the time it would be ready to collect and when I collected the car I was kept waiting while 4 members of the Service Staff ignored me, one taking a private phone call. Disappointing and expensive. As a positive person, I'm hoping that their standards will improve on my next visit but I'm not holding my breath.

I actually took delivery on 29 September not 11 October as stated in your details. My husband first made an enquiry on 27 August and we went in to Motorline on 28 August to presumably test drive the demonstrator model they had for sale. Unfortunately it was sold that morning prior to our arrival but the salesman Sebastian Florea worked extremely hard to get me a car I loved within one month which was our absolute limit before we had to have a second car. Sebastian kept in regular contact with us after taking our deposit on the day, even on his days off. His courteous, friendly and professional attitude made us feel good about the whole experience. He sent videos of the car once they received it on site and prior to our taking delivery of it after detailing. Cannot recommend Sebastian Florea highly enough, 10 out of 10 for him and the Motorline team.

Booked in for a test drive of a Cooper S Countryman. Spoke with a lady a few days prior to the booking to confirm the car would be available. When we got there we were told they only had the JCW models available for test drives and it sounded as if they never have Coopers or Cooper S available to test. Typical caryard upselling. Will not go go back
