We needed a special bolt to repair a walker.essential to our travels. One of the women employees (I'm so sorry I didn't get her name) analyzed the situation, grabbed bolts, washers and wing nuts. The repair was both easy and successful. It was really appreciated. THANK YOU!

Friendly team at the counter. A lot of range given the size. Staff always offer to assist. The garden range is larger than expected, and there is a large range of timbers to choose from outside.

Great hardware store in the far North with lots of quality product. Fantastic little plant section with wonderful tropical plants. It's a little more expensive than Bunnings, but higher staff ratios and considering where it is its pretty reasonable.

I was waiting directly at the front for service but totally ignored by the other cashier who was to busy chatting with the customer already been attended to
then decided better to put my articles through no hello or goodbye spoke like she didn’t want to be there
Probably won’t go back I’ve been going to that store for 12months that’s my first negative

Overly expensive and it's very hard to find what I need, they always run out of stock

So helpful and friendly. They loaded my bags of concrete into to ute and loaded the timber onto the roof rack. They even did the tie down straps for me. Couldn't have done it without them. Highly recommended

Clean and tidy. Staff are super helpful. Don't have everything you need but pretty close.

Forget Bunnings go here for everything you need. Excellent range, reasonable price, trade, timber, garden paint they've got the lot.

Good little hardware shop. Staff are extremely helpful. Although not as big as the hardware super stores has a good variety of items. Trade tools, garden centre, paint etc. All the normal things you expect to get at a hardware store.

I cannot understand why they still dont have a proper website advertising what they stock. Most of the time i go in, they dont have what i am looking for so i make the trip to Bunnings. I have been told tgat they can get stuff that is not shown in the store. If this is the case then make a goods website so we can order online. I wonder how many people go to Bunnings instead.

Not a bad hardware store. Variety is a little bit limited now. Most staff are good. No fishing products available any more

Staff are just always so amazingly helpful! It's well staffed so they can give you their time. The will find you the right person to talk to with the best knowledge on what you need. Lots of stock and options! Very happy to recommend and always love to pop in

Didn't have what I was looking for and being a distance from suppliers have to wait a week. The store is well stocked with popular items though

Everyone is super friendly in this store and they have pretty much everything you need to save a trip into Bunnings. I have been a repeat customer for garden, tool and wood supplies.
