Morayfield Super Centre / ALDI reviews
48I'm a bit of a miser so I shop the specials at the two major supermarkets each week, being fortunate enough to have both in my local shopping centre. Aldi doesn't really do general grocery specials, so they're not part of the specials search. But there are some own-brand products that I believe that Coles does best (Their 100% orange juice which is bottled by the same company that does the Aldi juice, but Aldi is cheaper, and their tasty cheese) and some that Woolies excels at. (cheese and bacon rolls are far superior to Coles' offering, and their mud cakes (duh!), and then there are some products that I loathe to buy anywhere but Aldi. Firstly, the 1kg packs of short cut bacon at a price that Coles and Woolies never come close to. So much bacon for such a low price, heaven. Secondly, the thin sausages at Aldi are imo far better tasting than those offered by either Coles or Woolies. The biggest problem I have with Aldi is their special buys, and my inclination to take advantage of whatever they're offering this week.
As always very clean an well presented. Staff very competent and friendly. Good for basic shopping. Some interesting specials and different food lines. Parking and access very good too.
The Morayfield South Aldi, always has the goods, I'm looking for. A great store to shop at.
How do I get in contact with the store at 321/344 Morayfield Rd, Morayfield QLD 4506. Left reading glass in trolley?
There was only two people on, but the staff member was very nice and helped me locate the items i needed. God they move fast in Aldi!
Great prices with a good variety to pick through. However I still need some items elsewhere.
My go to for groceries was Aldi store, easy parking, good placement of store, But lately I've noticed their prices going up too, same as everyone else I guess, so now I catalogue shop and go where the specials are.
Cheap prices as expected, but you generally get what you pay for. Parking is a bit of a nuisance, I’d much prefer the Aldi further north near Heath Hub.
Pluses and minuses. On the plus side, I went there to return some whiteware I wasn't happy with for various technical reasons and the staff were superb in expediting the refund process. On the minus side, I'm 69 and the whiteware was far to heavy for me to lift single-handedly, which is exactly what I was left to do. Luckily I found other younger, stronger shoppers who were willing to stop what they were doing to lend this old pensioner a hand.
It's Aldi. What's not to like! I especially like this Aldi as there are plenty of carparks and what you cannot get there you can shootnac4oss to Woolies and pick up
Perfect location great variety of goods for sale friendly staff, if they want to improve they need to have a way for the customer to be able to purchase bigger items and have a loading dock that the staff can help get item in your car for you as trying to move it through the shop is very difficult and staff will not help
Not the biggest ALDI but it has a fair share of cheap groceries and all sorts of gadgets from TV's to kitchen appliances and even sometimes they have camping stuff. I would recommend bringing a dollar or two in coins for the trolleys.
They do really cheap paper towels and deep-fried foods ranging from 2$-6$. If you are looking for a fair quality at an alright price than ALDI might be your go to store, I would hold off on the meat and check out Dickson market meat city Cross the road. Great meat at great prices. I dont recommend buying there pre seasoned chicken unless you have experience in cooking.
Always the best in general quality of products and prices, I like the different selection of special buys, interesting variety makes shopping fun, I love searching for stuff although my wife tells me as a trolly handler I am a bit too slow.
Friendly, quick service, short cues, easy going atmosphere, god stock levels of frozen lines and fresh breads.
Right now very low on stock as people going stirr crazy, but other than that great store great variety and great employees
Great layout and great carpark not as busy as some Aldi's and they always have good stock staff are friendly and accommodating
Aldo has a good range of brands as well as their own brand which is very good quality. The ALDI brand tuna in oil is close to the far more expensive Sirena tuna if you need a cheaper substitute.
Parking is a bit difficult at times, probably due to BOTH Woolworth's and Aldi in the same centre. There are a few public toilets scattered throughout, which are usually clean and well maintained. A decent selection of specialty bulky goods retailers, although a number of empty shopfronts may bring in to question the profitability of setting up shop here.
Large store, wide aisles. Plenty of parking, though depending on where you are coming from and going to can be challenging getting through the carpark as it shares with many other stores and can be busy at times.
I really enjoyed going to the black bear cafe. Coffe is always good and the staff are really friendly. Enjoy their food as well it is healthy and tasty.
