8Earlier this week, I bought my latest Montblanc pen from the Brisbane Boutique where I have always found the staff to be knowledgeable, helpful, patient and courteous. I was once again assisted by Ayako who, as usual, was a delight to deal with. I highly recommend shopping at the Montblanc Boutique in Brisbane, and, I am happy to provide a special mention for Ayako's assistance.
Recently purchased my first Mont Blanc a few days ago. The service was excellent. Looking forward to dealing with the store again.
Put my fountain pen in for repairs. Sent to Sydney. Quoted $900! I was accused of having a part missing which was not the case. I asked for it to sent back. I fixed it myself with some super glue. Great products and pathetic service.

Seems to be a mixed bag in terms of service, depending on who you get. To put it frankly, had an excellent experience with the Jessie and Ramon. The other sales person I've dealt with recently (visited in December 2020) provided a less than stellar experience - not helpful, snobbish and made me feel uncomfortable in choosing a gift. Most of all it felt like I was wasting his time and despite me asking questions, his responses were rude, blunt and unprofessional. As a patron who has purchased here before it was an extremely disappointing experience with this sales person. Ask for Ramon and Jessie - they will be the ones who will provide you with the level of service befitting the brand.
Ive been using Mont Blanc products for many years. My first was a lovley pen as acknowledgement for some wondeful work I did with my company (I still have that one nearly 30 years on. Recenttly I took my watch in for a service and whilst waiting I met Ramon in the Brisbane store, the timingws odd but excellent and now I've bought my son his first Mont Blanc because he is doing extraordinary things. Than you Ramon for service above and beyond. Cheers for 2020 and beyond.

I purchased a pen for a gift and had it gift wrapped. But the wrapping paper was black with a black ribbon. I didn't think it was a nice idea to use black since gifting is a happy occasion. I just removed the gift wrap when I got home to avoid the embarrassment. Maybe Mont Blanc should consider choosing a new colour for their wrapping paper.
