Made appointment arrived to be told I do have a appointment and told me to make another one
Bad service

Such poor personal skills and attention.
I first saw a Dr there late last year who didn’t make any records of the skin cancers I needed removed, so I then had to make a second appointment and pay AGAIN to have another Dr record the findings. I then made an appointment to have the incisions, which was a 3 week wait, and then on the day of my appointment I got a call from the RUDE receptionist telling me they can’t do my procedure because their computers weren’t working and I’d have to wait another month before I can actually get the procedure done.
It’s ridiculous that they can’t do any procedures without computers and also that those patients that have been inconvenienced don’t get any priority appointments to make up for the clinics issue.
Poor form.

I highly recommend Dr Mcdougall for his professionalism and thorough skin check on my resent visit.

This is clinic has a very nice feel about it. Not 'cold' like other skin clinics I have been to. I also appreciate the reminder messages the day before appointments. Highly recommend.

My appointment was for 11.30. I arrived in good time, reported to reception, handed in the personal info form already completed, and was asked to take a seat and wait. Half an hour later, I receive a call on my mobile from reception. They didn't realise I was there, although a record of my presence appeared on their computer screen. The doctor had not been informed, and had now gone to lunch. I cannot comment on any service I might have received from him, since I was not able to see him. So I need a fresh appointment. I have made one - somewhere else.
Not at all impressed. Such a waste of time, and so unnecessary.

Have always had good service at Molesafe. Skin check thorough and had 2 excisions. Dr McDougall performed the excisions and his surgical skills are amazing and his service warm and friendly. No scarring and after care is is excellent. The staff are courteous and advise if Doctor is running late. I will definitely be a returning patient.

Waited for over 45mins for my kid's skin check, asked reception if it would be much longer, didn't check, just said "probably not". We left 10 minutes later. Had been here previously, but won't be back.

Worst experience ever had in my life at the Doctors. Drove half hour to get to them, got caught in unpredictable road work traffic. Walked in didn't get acknowledged by the 3 receptionists for minute or so, I then apologized for being a little late and told them why. Next minute got told because we we're 9 minutes late the Doctor won't see my son and we have to reschedule. I have never been treated so rude like that ever, there was only 2 other people waiting and I said I didn't mind waiting longer. Doctors run late all the time and patients have to put up with it, how about a bit of understanding in return. I'd never recommend or go back there again.
