Amazing service. Manny is a lifesaver - my daughter's Macbook dropped and screen was broken. Came on a Friday afternoon at 3: 30 was able to replace in an hour for less than half of Apple price. Crisis everted and uni students can get back to their "important life". Have already recommended to a friend who dropped her phone. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Had a broken Samsung. Took it to Samsung and they told me $250 but would lose everything on phone and I had to have proof of purchase! Hard for me to do as phone couple of years old. Ended up going to Irepair at Paddington and they were terrific. No fuss. Ordered part which came next day dropped in phone and it was fixed. No loss of data. Cost $150. Service was excellent. I reccomend this place.

I’ve visited this store twice. One was last year to fix an iPhone camera. Another one was last week to fix my Apple Watch.
I’ve tried other in Brisbane city area and I have to say the other was unreliable as the result was not fully fixed and explanation was not clear.iRepair giving a much difference experience to me: much faster turn around time (even if they don’t have the spare part, it would only need few days), clear explanation of the issue and what would be done, and satisfying results. Upon my conversation, the guy has been fixing gadgets for 17 years. Experience don’t lie.
If you need to fix your Apple gadgets in Brisbane, don’t waste your time, just go to iRepair. Visitors like me would think it’s quite far from the city. In fact, it’s just a bus trip away and only take about 10 - 15 minutes from the city.

Great service. My Ipad Pro developed the Black Screen of doom suddenly on Sunday. Took the Ipad into Apple Genius bar Brisbane on Tuesday, who said it was unfix-able and out of warranty (2.5 years.shouldn't it last longer?) They offered a replacement at a reduced price. I declined as I didn't believe I should pay again and replace something that isn't that old. Contacted iRepair, who didn't even bat an eyelid at the issue. Dropped it off in Paddington on Wednesday, and it was fixed and ready to go on Thursday. Very reasonable price. They saved me a considerable amount of money on replacing the ipad, and all my data and photos are intact. Highly recomended.

Dropped my Galaxy Note 10+ off with a busted rear glass and problematic charging port. Manny repaired it in just over an hour. I couldn't be happier with his work. This is the second time I have had a device repaired here. Both times I recieved exceptional service and work done at a fair price. I highly recommend.

Got the back glass of my iphone 13 fixed after it was cracked. Great service, just had to leave it for a couple of hours and it came back as good as new. And all for $600+ less than what Apple were quoting to fix it for.

Great help. I went in with a non functioning letter on the keyboard. I was pleased hey were able to fix it while I waited. I had been having trouble with my trackpad. I was able to get it replaced. I watched the process and the repairer was highly diligent in ensuring the computer was fully cleaned before installing the replacement.

The work was very reasonably priced.

I have some old Macs sitting at home I am going to go back and have them repaired too!

Mani in Paddington is an absolute legend who bent over backwards to sort out the screen on my new Pixel 7 Pro. Quick turnover, great customer service and quality work.

Fantastic quick repair of my charging port! I was able to easily book an appointment and have the phone repaired on the same day! Apple told me I needed to replace my entire iPhone but these guys fixed the problem perfectly for just $89. Couldn’t be more happy

I had a smashed screen on my Apple watch repaired & there was still a problem with the tap & go after the repair, I can not thank Maddy over at the paddington store enough as he went over & beyond my expectations to solve the problem & I would TOTALLY RECOMMEND Them to anyone & everyone, would use his services again in a heart beat, amazing customer service.

Didn't really fix the problem, and did not make it clear to me the quote is only for replacement of one battery (my laptop has two batteries). And a button on the laptop gone missing after the repair.

A followup on my own review on this shop, I have my laptop being checked at another shop few months later, and discover that the supposedly new battery is actually still the old battery (the technician help call up battery report from the laptop and showed it to me that the battery wasn't replaced at all)! This shop is a scam on laptop battery replacement. Don't go.

I have been twice in the last 2 weeks to iRepair and the staff are very helpful and the repairs are done swiftly with great results.

I wish I didn’t have to write this review but given the quality of service I have no choice but to give 1 star. I took my laptop in to be fixed and was told it would be ready in 1-2 days. I was then told it would take 6 days and I would be phoned with a quote. I was never phoned with a quote and after 7 days my laptop had not even been looked at. After I made multiple phone calls it was finally followed up and thankfully fixed. No apology was ever made and I was not offered a discount for the delay and poor service. I will not come back here and I wouldn’t recommend this place to my family and friends.

In response to your reply, when I phoned to follow up you guys thought you didn’t even have my laptop and didn’t call me back. I had to follow up again the next day. I was never told I was getting a discount and I don’t see this price when I check online.
