Great shop for so many products from giftware, kitchenware, paint, tools, bathrooms, garden essentials and fix it jobs.

Very helpful staff and had almost everything we needed. They could have ordered things in but we were just passing through.

Friendly helpful staff, can get orders within a few days generally. Although some catalogue items can take weeks. Don't know why things are in the catalogue if not in stock. Not our Mitre 10 fault.

It's good all round.they nearly always have what you need the customer service is friendly, simple and efficient. The only major draw back is some things are very over priced. Gardening center has a lot same things cheaper for gardening.but if price isn't a issue for you and you need advice on a diy project great place to go.

Run by locals so you're treated like a local. Staff are always super helpful. If you want first class service come to Mitre 10 Tully.

Great little store, friendly knowledgeable staff, often had just one of the thing I was looking for when I was sure I would never be able to find it locally. Also have a trade warehouse across town for building supplies. Reasonable prices, I've never felt ripped off. Happy repeat return customer.

The staff at Mitre 10 are very helpful an they know there stock, they have the everyday simple stuff.

Both on and off street parking, friendly and helpful staff, good location, quite a lot of stock and items especially for a small country town store and they have both the main store and a large trade /timber large items store just around the corner from the main store on Butler Street in tully and the other store at mission Beach as well, and an item that isn't in stock in those stores can be sourced and transported out of cairns or Townsville within a day, rather impressive for a small country town store.
