One star, just so i could write this, paid for delivery that never happened when it should, hot in store and my wife was getting distressed as we could not order the items. We had to go and get them then proceed to the tradie desk because of delivery, they didn’t recognise my miter 10 rewards card either because it was the tradie desk, funny that, didn’t see sny tradies there, so i phoned and was told we were told today and waited until 3.50 to get told deliveries were done for the day.
So what about me waiting all day to help build the flatpack, no responce. And yes you all say their nothing like bunnings, i agree but both dont have any decent qualities, i have 3 people known to me without any plumbing, engineering or anything working there!? WHAATT, yes its true so dont trust sny advice given by a shop assistant unqualified in anything they say
No refund for delivery costs, i feel so bad for bothering them with my money, it wont happen again

Information given in a phone call did not have what I was looking for but the assistant was very helpful

Anthony in the tools department was a breath of fresh air. Walked in hoping to get a new drill for $250 and something to cut a lock. Ended up getting a different brand with 4 tools instead (which were required in the near future) and batteries for an unbelievable price. I would have never considered that brand before. He's such an asset to the team - especially to people who know very little as to what they need.

Better then Amy Bunnings store, staff knows more, they help you, professional, always have the stock you need

The customer service is so good here. The range of products is great and the floor assistants have great knowledge of where to find things. I highly recommend this store. We visit Ausi from NZ twice a year and always visit Mitre 10.well done guys

Been coming here for years. The only place that seems to value their mature employees who are always helpful-friendly and happy. This definitely kicks butt in Bunnings now who have lost that great employment status. Especially with assistance. I love seeing the same faces still there over the years

Well staffed. Loads of parking. Cafe inside.

The Mitre 10 Mega store at Beenleigh stocks everything from doors through to powertools, paints and gardening supply's.

The staff all seem to have a better than average knowledge of all the things that I am clueless about - so talking with them is never a waste of my time.

If the smell of barbecue sausage entering the store doesn't get to you, inside their is a small cafe that sells a range of soft drinks and hot beverages. They also have some pastries and assorted yummies.

I was after some oil for my whipper snipper and the store lady was very helpful. Also have some lovely household decorations and kitchenware. I bought some curtains at a great price. Will be back.

Hi Team. I would have spent 20k with M10 this month, but your website is very poor. Researching materials and finding stock availability is difficult. Your local staff are quite good and friendly, but I feel bad when I walk into M10 to get a spare "thingy" for a job but could have got everything for the job at M10.cheers

Just bought my new Stihl RE130 pressure washer with some good advice from the guys. It's mighty! As was the excellent customer service from all the staff in store.
I will never set foot in any other hardware store.

Love browsing and shopping here, always have what I need, sometimes I didnt know I needed it. Cafe is great place for coffee and food.
Staff very helpful and knowledgeable.

Brilliant particularly homewares. A large store that has all you need and lovely to see older staff members on the floor.

Love the Mitre 10 team, always friendly, informative, if only the prices were a little cheaper compared to Bunnings.

This is a great store. Feels more items for professionals than for home renovators. Found what I needed so happy visit.

Was in a jam with needing a pump to drain my basement and the staff here were very helpful, very knowledgeable about the issue I was facing and went above and beyond to help. I didn't catch the staff member's name but thanks to the guy from plumbing!

Great place, has everything you need and has a Cafe too. Does the best burgers and crisp chips, great coffee

Disappointingly bad service. The guy in the tool section quite clearly told me that they did not have what I was after, only for me to find it on my return trip later that day. Open showing the gentleman that it was in fact in stock he spoke down to me and said if I don't like it shop else where. Disappointing to say the least and bunnings will get my busness in the future. So much for supporting the locals

Good. Some good specials on display in tools etc. Unlike another large hardware store they have a large table area in one place featuring these tool specials so you can easily view them at once.
