Had this lighter engraved for a friends 24th Birthday which means alot to him. The guy that engraved on this day free handed the writing, and added a design. I'm extremely happy with the outcome and my friend is so happy about his gift that we got him. Extremely big thank you for the people that worked that weekend we came in.

Battery change on a watch resulted in damage and scratches to watch.
A simple snap back watch now looks like it's been attended to with a hacksaw. The lip and surrounding area for back casing damaged, along with a nice big scratch on back casing (Pictures attached).
Its no Rolex, but I keep my things in excellent condition. None of this damage was prior. This was also first battery change on this watch.
When I spoke to the store about this they simply told me the damages must have been there before, we have 20 years experience. If i don't get my item back in the condition I handed it over in then you should be ashamed of your 20yrs experience!
Avoid watch maintenance!
The 20 years experience must be cutting keys.

Purchased garage remotes from MM and had issues programming them to the receiver so the mobile locksmith Matt came out and sorted it out. Friendly reliable service. Highly recommended.

Car key wasn't working, popped in and staff knew exactly what was wrong, came out to my car, fixed the problem in minutes and sent me on my way refusing payment. We're headed away in the morning and figured it was just our luck that we were up for replacing the key before we left so were very grateful thank you!

I arrived at Mister minuit at 8.30 a.m, as my keys would not work. I waited til the store opened at 9.00 until it opened, the young man arrived promptly at nine, around 6 or 7 customers waiting, he then tells us we have to wait as it takes him approximately 15 mins to set up. I was rude to the young man as I had already waited 30 mins. But as he pointed out that he had to open the kiosk and get all his tools. I would like to apologise to the young man. Great job you are doing under lots of pressure. My keys work perfectly. Merry Christmas to you

So appreciative of the service i received. The store was already closed when i discovered the battery was flat in my car key and i was stranded. The friendly chap changed my battery for me. Best service.
