The girl with the dreadlocks could not have been nicer. Was also impressed with her skill in providing a new car key from a badly damaged key. She tried several methods of transferring the identification information from the old key before eventually getting it to work. Took about half an hour. Great service and skilled staff.

According to the lady with dreadlocks “she doesn’t serve people on their phones”. Some people should just not work in customer service if they don’t have the personality
