Mister Minit Toowong

I just can't say enough about the incredible service provided by Istvan at Mister Minit, Toowong Village, today. He did what no one else could do, and shortened the platform on a pair of my daughter's shoes by 1". Exceptional work, and a terrific guy to boot (pun intended). Highly recommended.

I wasn’t sure who could assist me when the charm of my fur baby who passed almost one year ago, broke away from my bracelet that I wear daily. The gentleman at Mister Minit gave no hesitation in helping me out with creating a new connection, so I could continue holding my fur baby close.
The workmanship is incredible and he treats all repairs as something special…. As it maybe be the world to someone. Thank you!

Istvan was awesome to deal with, I needed new car keys supplied and programmed to my car, (something that other places had told me was not easy or cheap to do and cost hundreds of dollars more than what Mr Minit ended up charging me.) The customer service and product knowledge Istvan had was unbelievable and something you just don’t find anymore these days, I wouldn’t hesitate in highly recommending Istvan and this shop.

The boss is very kind and kind. Even though it was about to close, he helped me deal with the keys and gave me a lot of suggestions. Finally, he went to my car to check and try the keys

Tried to drop off some shoes for new heels at 3.50pm on a Saturday when the store closes at 4pm. It would’ve taken less than 3 minutes to take my name and number. I was told ‘no I’m done for the day’ and when I said ‘oh I’m sorry I thought you closed at 4pm’ I was told ‘well it’s 4pm now by my watch’. Not very helpful and I won’t be back. Thanks for nothing.

I went to Mister Minit today to get more holes in my new belt. The very nice man did it free of charge! And declined my offer of a coffee. Absolute legend.

The service is superior and fast. The shop front is easily accessible and the staff are courteous. Highly recommended.

Be very careful. "dishonesty on the way" the price this man gives you when you give him your shoes.would not be the same.he will charge you a lot more! Please, demand a written paper with the price written.otherwise, you would ended up paying double or more. ; (

I recently had a brand new pair of sandals stretched and was so very happy with the result. The gentleman explained the risk with the straps and took extra care stretching them so as not to break them. I highly recommend you use Mr Minit Toowong.

This place has good reviews for a reason. Had my battery replaced for my Citizen watch faster than any other watch repair store. Period. And had some well peace of mind at the same time.

Glued up some ripped suede on the back of my favourite heels. Good as new and didn't even charge for the 5 min job and glue used. Great service!
