Excellent work on a leather belt I value which had been done before but not done properly, I still paid the price & assumed it would be ok. Thanks to Southport Park where this was where i had it done i can now wear it without any more problems so if you need to have anything done properly & satisfying without any hassles, you know where to go!

I had 5 keys cut in Canberra Centro on 19Aug23 during my visit for 50yr anniversary of Aus ADF withdrawal from Vn!
4 keys were for a house and one for a lock! All 5 keys were inoperative when I returned to Qld! I left the 4 house keys and receipt with my son to pursue replacement under MrMinit warranty in Brisbane! Tha other I disposed of as there is no MrMinit on Tamborine Mt!

I am SO happy with my service from Mister Minit at Southport Park. I took in a pair of Doc Martins to stretch (as they are very hard to break in), and they very kindly left them on the machine for a couple of extra days to get extra stretch. The service was extremely friendly and the price was very reasonable ($20). I will come back for any shoe-related needs. Thank you:)

I just had a favourite, and expensive, shearling jacket repaired of a small tear by Aaron and found the whole experience quite a pleasant surprise. Gone are the days when the local shoe repair bar is a last resort employment opportunity for social rejects and misfits. The level has changed and the mouldy cave has become a modern cabin, inhabited with civilised people.
Aaron had no hesitation to accept the job even though failure would have been equal to a months rent. He understood the task and had confidence in his ability. We discussed options and outcomes, and I entrusted my jacket to him.
On commencement, closer inspection revealed his planned method would not be ideal because of a poorly attempted previous repair, so Aaron prepared a custom patch from compatible natural hide, and crafted it to become virtually inconspicuous with the edge thickness reduced to blend, colour matched, and glued to avoid stitching or seams.
I was impressed with his knowledge of all products used in the process and ability to explain why each was preferred whether choice of; hide, glue, dye, conditioner, even how the patched garment should be maintained.
Aaron is an example of a motivated young entrepreneur taking opportunity through a franchise to show his professional qualities, knowledge, and skills. It is operators like this that add value to their service and give franchises a better reputation than they may have enjoyed in the past.

Excellent follow up service from Aaron & the team. I had my shoes stretched, but returned them again as they were still too tight. They restretched & widened them for no extra cost! Thanks so much, I highly recommend!

Aaron always greets with a beaming smile. He is friendly, helpful with advice, skilled at his many tasks and prompt with jobs. Aaron is an asset to the franchise.

Aaron and the team are absolute legends, I had a pair of old Copa Mundial footy boots, the synthetic material underneath that house the studs was falling apart, but thankfully the leather itself was in pretty good condition despite being fairly faded. I was going to throw them, then I had the idea of turning them into futsal boots, well I gave them over to Aaron and voila my dream is now a reality. I honestly couldn't be more impressed with the quality of them, and he went to the trouble of restoring the leather too. Thank you so much for the help Aaron and thank you Sergio for taking my many phone calls that were made by myself for shall I say, lack of patience, hahaha.

Cannot speak highly enough of the service given by this outlet. Have used their services a number of times over the past few weeks and the staff are always courteous and obliging. Work is always done on time.would definitely recommend them.

Fixed my car alarm remote. I’ve been to three places before hand all claiming to be experts in the field of car security but told wasn’t fixable. Mr mint at southport did it when no one else could. And within 5 minutes. Extremely highly recommended their service to any one.

I've had shoes repaired here before and the service I received over the holiday period was very good.
I always forget how expensive repairing shoes will be but it was worth it. Two pairs like new. I think the sole is going to be a bit slippery in the wet on non-grip surfaces, tiles or painted driveways but it's all good other than that.
