Mister Minit Rose City

Very happy! Had a very smooth experience recently when i needed to get a spare key cut.nothing was a problem, the buttoned key (which needed programming etc) was done then and there within half an hour while i had lunch and he made sure everything worked perfectly before i left. Support local ️

I recently went to this Mr Minit as i had lost my car key and couldn’t get into my car in any way. The service was excellent and i felt reassured about it the entire time. He got me a brand new key that worked perfectly and i got a spare incase i ever lose it again. Absolutely amazing service!

I went to Mister Minute this afternoon as unfortunately my daughter's school shoes that were purchased from Williams had a flaw after only 2 months.
Now as a consumer I was entitled to a exchange or refund however they insisted it would be an easy fix with Mr Minute.
Unfortunately when picking them up 1 was still unmended and the other partially mended but not completely closed off so the problem would have occured again instantly with wear.

Williams offered to have a new pair shipped in from another store which is fine for next week but I took them over to Mr Minute to see if he had just missed it and could fix them to at least get her through this week.

Anyway he immediately had an aggressive demeanour saying he fixed the other shoe which he did but incompletely so when I showed him he snatched it from me and said to come back in 10 minutes. Fine. But no he proceeded to state that he had done it for "free" and polished the shoes for free. (well that is between him and Williams what he charges them) however because of his tone and aggressive demeanour I requested the show back and that I will not need the service he tried to ignore me and continue bleeding that he polished the shoe for free. So I firmly requested he give me the shoe back as I will take them back to Williams to exchange or refund and that I would not be spoken to like that by anyone let alone a man toward a woman.

I will be following this up with Williams to make sure that they no longer do business with this particular "sub contracting company" (for repairs) because I highly doubt all the repairs are being done for free.and I will obviously never personally use this store.

We had our car key cut and Joe from Wawrick rose city shopping centre and he was amazing! Very helpful and friendly! The whole service was great.

Just had new car keys cut at Warwick Mr Minute. Joe went above and beyond with ensuring my sons car keys were all in working order. Excellent knowledge and gave us plenty of helpful hints. Exceptional service with a smile.

Best service I have had at any mister minit in a really long time. I came in needing a new key for my car anf he was super friendly and explained everything in a way I could understand.

The Mister Minit fellow at Warwick was so helpful with our car keys and his knowledge of keys was amazing. He engraved an antique bracelet and ring for us and both were spot on.
Superb service and wonderful work at a really good price, cannot speak too highly of him. We would definitely use him again and would recommend him to anyone.

The guy at Mister Minit did an incredible job fixing my Italian hand made leather boots, his workmanship was the best I've seen in a very long time as well as being friendly and easy to communicate with. His prices are very reasonable, and I would definitely recommend to anyone who has a treasure pair of boots or any footwear for that matter needing fixing.

Took my nieces birth present to be engraved wrote down the name made sure I spelt it correctly and he engraved it wrong then tried to engrave over the top completely ruined it. I had to run around on Christmas eve to try and find a new pewter money box and get it engraved before we went away. Would not recommend.

Went to mr.minit a few months back for a spare key for a navara, were given 2 options to choose from, with the warning that one of them was still getting some kinks ironed out.

Came back today and asked for the newly working model of (non-nissan-specific) spare key, spent 30 minutes or less for it to be programmed and tested.
All worked well and the service was perfect, would reccomend.

So I took my watch in for a new battery, which they replaced, and gave me a warranty card for 2 years cover. When I get home and put my watch in the draw, I spot the old warranty card and it's still valid, so I ring and say because it's still valid, can I get a refund, me thinking that I'll just have to bring the receipt and the old warranty card back and get a refund. Oh no instead he just outright said no, tuff luck it's been processed so no refund. So in other words, his warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on, well he's lost my business and I'll tell everyone I can not to use him!

Well stocked, very helpful gentleman served us, nothing was too much trouble will be back again.

Jake has been an amazing help. After a total hip replacement I discovered the surgeon had added 1.9 m to my operated leg. After many frustrations letter to a number of organisations I was forced to help myself. Working together Jake has managed to get me a pair of very comfortable shoes. I managed to walk round a Sunday Market pain free. I have so much confidence in Jake's ability I have returned and had a further two pairs of shoes raised. Thanks Jake.

Located in a handy location within the shopping centre. I have only ever had keys cut, but the service is quick and keys are done accurately every time.

He is lucky he got a star it should have not been any more than a half star but no were to put this had 7 keys cut one would not work 3 times i had to go back he was rude he told me that i did not have to be rude and that i was not perfect 3 times befor he gave me my money back. I went to local hardwear shop it was nearly half the price and it worked first time in the door do not go to this person he is not worth it
