Mister Minit Robina

We just want to express how happy we are with the Mr. Minute services at Robina Town Centre.
We are regulars here and find all staff to be professional, polite and fun to deal with. Today we dealt with Kym and again great service.

I recently had a watch band adjusted badly at a competing cobbler in the centre.
I took it to get the links re adjusted at the Mister Minit, they only took 10 minutes and charged me nothing for the correction. The staff member who did the adjustment was very professional and friendly. Cheers!

Good customer service is so rare these days but definitely received top notch service with a smile from Sami.

First time going to the Robina store and Sami bent over backwards to solve the issues I was having. I will be returning and spreading the word.

A very odd request that I didn't expect to be fullfilled! I was looking for a small steel ball that you find in bearings, except really really darn small. To my surprise, staff at Mister Minit Robina were not only friendly in their response but within a minute (quite literally) they picked one out of a wheel, almost as if they knew I was coming. It seems to be exactly the size I need. Thanks guys, that was the definition of 5 star service.

Very friendly to me on our first meeting. Assisted with hole in my waist belt and a missing screw for my car key fob. Gracious about the whole thing. Would recommend.

I initially complained to Centre Management. The work was well done, but I encountered a very rude person at the end of a phone responding to my concern about early and unadvertised shop closure after I’d driven 30k after work solely to collect my shoes for a function. However the most considerate area manager solved the problem without fuss, and earned my 5 stars. Thank you.

Amazing experience seeing Luke at Mr Minute Robina! Took him a broken bag and he fixed it in 30 seconds and was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Needed a spare key cut for my car came in for a price and was told it’s $50 and that’s apparently what most places will charge me. Went over to the locksmith near the Kmart entrance and they did it for $15

You should really make your prices more fair

My son wanted a special red key cut and the gentleman there was most helpful and had one cut out just for him.
