Matt did an outstanding job on my RM’s. I seriously thought I’d have to say goodbye to them after 7+ years.

He re souled them, patched up the cracked bits and they’ve never looked better - since new!

I’ve paid $250 x 2 to RM Williams to do previously - just over half the price at mr minit and got them back in a day.not weeks.

Mr Minit pacific fair definitely my 1st stop to fix miscellaneous things from a cobbler, spare keys or even just adding some extra holes on your belts! Very kind, helpful, friendly and off course do the amazing jobs. Highly recommended

The key to a rented car broke, and the owner refused to assist. It was Mister Minit who did the job at a very short notice and saved my time and effort.

We put in my mothers watch to get a battery fixed in December, went back to collect after 2 hours and the watch was given to the wrong person. We had no communication, I constantly had to follow up. Casey was nice however was conveniently on leave after the event, the technician was horrifically rude to me and I was advised there was no update and I was pushing for an outcome they were unable to provide. I was asked to send replacement watch ideas (after waiting the required period), that were similar and was then sent images / alternatives that were 1/4 of the value back. There was never any proactive updates it was always me constantly following up. It was a horrific service, had to push for an apology and there was a genuine lack of care. Will never go back.

Very good service. Dropped off a watch to have link replaced. Also had a Nixon watch which needed a battery. Wasn't sure if they serviced that brand but they did and also did a pressure test on it. 20 minutes later all done. Very happy. John from Broady

I left a pair of mens shoes with Casey at Pacific Fair, late on Saturday afternoon 28 November. They were ready next day (Sunday!) Great service, friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

As I am from Melbourne I needed some belt holes added to my belt. It was great to get a positive staff member who knew what she was doing and added the holes in seconds. Best of all no charge. I'll be back to get my boots fixed.

If you live in the area this is the place to go. Staff are so helpful and genuine, and sort out your problems quickly and efficiently. This business deserves your custom and I urge anyone living nearby to pay them a visit to see for themselves.
