Price was fair but they scratched my watch not just not let me know about it and fixing it with a black marker. I don't want to scratch my watch that's why I bought it to a professional to get the new a battery done. Disappointed: (

Went there twice for a garage remote refund but all of the staff is just so rude and ask me to try again and no refund for me. Before I buy the remote control one of the staff told me that if the remote doesn’t work I can come here for a refund. It’s not! Liar! Shut your business and train your staff! Not recommended! Stay away from this store at Orion Springfield!

Without a doubt the worst customer experience I have had with a store. Took something in for a simple repair was told by 3 staff members it can’t be done and even the owner said to me it can’t be done.

I took it to mister minit at Booval the owner of that store done the job in under 15 minutes and charged me only $8

Asked for an engraving centred under a logo on metal. Was free hand engraved. Engraving was not centred or straight with pits in the strokes where the depth differs.

I also requested it in capitals and received it in lower case.

Edit: Was contacted and offered some potential remediation.

Needed new remote for my car, was well informed of my options and the young man with beard had my brand new key ready within the hour!

Worst customer service. I was sold the wrong garage remote it didn't work (they said it was the wrong one) I asked for a refund as it did not work. I was refused a refund as they kept saying it was change of mind.

Horrible customer service and when a product is faulty they won’t offer a refund. Pathetic! Do not use them!

Came in on Sunday and the younger guy came out to my car and program my key. Thank you so much. That what I call service

They are not KEY MAKER THEY ARE KEY BREAKER, They broke my key instead of making a new one. After we several hours locksmith made me new working key finally. "Glenn the shop owner" has no common sense when it comes to customer service. Refuse to refund after breaking my only working key. Please stay if you wanna stay on the road. I would give them no stars if I could control that, so unfortunately they get one star. Absolute ridiculous customer service, please don't waste your time.

Amazing customer service! Everyone was so nice and eager help me. The prices are affordable and all around just a great customer experience! I will not go anywhere else to have my little gadgets fixed. 10/10 would recommend

Keys they did for me worked more or less Ok but they wanted to charge me >$50 for a garage remote. I bought one from eBay for ~$12.

I bought 2 garage remotes at $80 each! That alone is worthy of a terrible review. However the remotes did not sync with my garage door. I sourced new remotes direct from the manufacturer who advised me the ones I had been sold were a different frequency and will never work and to get a refund.

I took them back and was ranted at by 2 men behind the counter (one wearing a Skelton bandana as a mask and the other an older silver haired man wearing a blue Mr Minit shirt) saying I could not have a refund as I did not give them the opportunity to fix the issue before purchasing new remotes. I explained there were the wrong frequency and could not be fixed. 10 minutes later after going around in circles I asked how they would have fixed it and was told they would come to my house! No thanks!
After nearly 15 minutes I said I would forget about the refund and just keep the remotes and sell them online and post a poor review. I was then offered a store credit to which I suggested I would never buy anything from that store again so $160 credit was useless! Finally as more customers built up around me I was offered a refund!
NEVER BUY REMOTES FROM THIS SHOP.
Read all the reviews similar to mine. Very bad customer service. If I could give no stars I would.
