Lost my car keys, visited mister minit at harbour Town shopping centre, the attending technician (Michael) courteously followed me to the car park with all the coding electronic equipment, re-programmed three keys (3) into the car system, all for a nominal fee when compared to the cost of a car dealership.

Friendly Store Owner recently June 2022, helped with my problem shoes & exceptional service.

The store was not open when I arrived nor when I returned again. When it finally was open, staff were blunt and unhelpful.

I was just served by Mark at Mister Mint in Harbour town he was lovely to deal with. Very professional and was super fast. I really appreciate it will definitely be going back:)

Today (Sun 22/05/22 approx 12pm) the man working was asked to simply alter a leather belt. The belt was returned rough and was asked to be smoothed and/or sealed to which he replied “no, polish should be enough”. After this, he got extremely defensive and that he “doesn’t go to work for free” and went on an absolute tangent and said “to go home and have a cup of tea”. This man was so rude to my poor mum who had just asked to have her belt properly altered. He even chucked the receipt and change at her.
This “service” is totally unacceptable and judging by the reviews of this place, it happens relatively often. Not good enough.

Very rude, just needed to get 2 watch batteries replaced and wanted to argue over whether or not I was asked him to replace 1 or both. I also asked for an engraving on my friends watch which he scratched up and got all defensive when I asked if the scratches would buff out. At the beginning he said come back in 5 mins and when I went back he said if I wanted to come back this afternoon. Very unprofessional service. Won't be coming back as he is also more expensive than the watch shop in the same centre.

Very professional and efficient service, because it was a kid's watch, the battery was replaced at half price. Very happy with the outcome.
