Mister Minit Grand Central

Mister Minit provided amazing service today. Another local bag repair store told me that it would take at least 2 weeks to repair my broken luggage, and couldn’t promise that it would be ready in time for my overseas trip. I visited Mister Minit and David was able to fix the suitcase within 10 minutes and for half the price of the other store! Thank you David for your great help.

Dodgiest of all dodgy!
Happily demanded a refund for the “work” they had done that wasn’t to standard and fell apart on return to us and took our business elsewhere!

The most unprofessional staff I have ever encountered in retail.
Constantly spoke over me as I was trying to explain the issues I was having. Did not want to know or even attempt to offer a solution

Dropped my watch in for a new pin on the band. I returned an hour or so later and they gut had opened my watch and was changing the battery. It is a rechargable solar battery and the watch had never been opened in the 6 years I had it. I explained it was only the pin I had asked to be fixed. The watch now fills with condensation on cold mornings and the hands no longer work. Went back and asked for it to be fixed and he said was not his fault it had been busy on the day.

Always receive excellent service here - workmanship is high quality and emergency repairs are done in record time!

Poor attention to surroundings, older guy must of been the manager giving the younger employee an absolutely spray, this went on for about 10mins everyone walking past could hear them see them augreing. Wasn't professional at all dates were 7/9/2019

I got two car key batteries replaced for under $45 within 5 mins. Probably would’ve cost me $100+ if done at the car service centre, so a good price and speedy service.

Just had some amazing service at the grand central store from Chris. Super helpful, helped me with issues I was having with my watch. He was really friendly and knew what he was talking about. Will definitely be returning here next time.

Avoid these clowns if you are getting car keys duplicates. They replaced my key and transponder chip and charged me a fortune. When car wouldn't start, I went back twice. Both times stating nothing wrong with their work. Paid for a mechanic, who found it was the transponder chip, and then had to paid another professional locksmith to fix the dodgy job Mr Mint Grand Central had done. Don't advertise that you can do something that you clearly are NOT trained for, stick to copying shed keys! (Even then, I still wouldn't trust you could do the job correctly)

Terrible Customer Service

Went in to get a key cut for my cut. Was served by David whom cut the key. The key was a copy of a very well worn down key not a proper cut. Key did not fit and was warped. Went back the next day and was refused a refund by David and was treated very rudely. I paid $180 for this key and i will never spend a cent at this company again.

If you need a key cut go to Century Locksmiths it was $40 for a new key cut and worked first time.
