With the apparent demise of stand alone shoe repairers I now use this Mister Minit for my shoe and bag repairs. Sammy is always very helpful and friendly and recently she did a terrific repair on a very special bag of mine, as well as a tidy up of some scuffed shoes. Recommend this business…and many thanks Sammy!

I had two new keys cut by young lady working on the day. They seem a really friendly crew - service was. Perfectly and really quickly done considering how busy they were on the day.

My 2005 French Renault car keys were not functional and I had gone to mister minit aus fair and harbourtown to get it fixed. No one could fix it except for Drew. I was at work and he helped me through it all. I sent him photos of my busted key and said he could help me out. And he did just that. Came out to my work as I was stranded, unable to turn my car on. Thought I was only gonna walk away with one key unable to lock my doors again and he came up with a way to programme another key to lock the car. He was super friendly and reasonable about prices (as a female you always assume they over charge you for being clueless). I am super happy with the job he did and I got home safely cause of him. I will forever be using and recommending drew for car key issues.

Needed a new car key programmed fairly urgently. Drew was out on site in 10 minutes. Sorted out a new chip and reprogrammed everything in a flash. Super efficient and much cheaper than going back to the dealership (and without having to get the car towed there). Cannot recommended highly enough.

Had a few pieces engraved here and bought some keyrings was very happy with engraving and the keyrings.

I went to Mr Minit today to have some extra holes put into a belt I had purchased, and the worker did it for free of charge. I was pleasantly shocked, and walked away feeling happy with the service.

What legends! Lost all keys to the hilux 2017 model and called Drew who came out within an hour to program a new key for the hilux absolute legend highly recommend.
