Very disappointed with Townsville store.
I ordered the MIM couch bag in Tarragon online to click & collect on the 24th of April. I kept forgetting to pick it up, so when I went in to pick it up (June) they said they didn’t have it, couldn’t find the bag I had ordered and paid for. I asked where it could be, they said they had no idea. Said they could order me another one or refund, I got the refund. Went online to have another look for one, now can’t get one.
They obviously sold mine to someone who wanted one hoping I would forget about it.
Just tell me the truth!

Was calling this store all day was getting put through to message bank continuously so i decided to go tp tje store to see if tje item i wanted was available so i made my way down in a lot of pain to hear that the older team member of the 3 employee's put the phone in the draw so that dje didnt have to listen to it ringing! So is this customer service i don't think any business would appreciate there phone not being answered especially if its a sale of an expensive bag! I think you need to look into this mimco who is working for you or just themselves?
