I purchased a bag from qantas marketplace for my daughter but I bought the incorrect colour the service In store with exchanging my bag was flawless.

I went into the Toowoomba Mimco store as my zip on my nappy bag had broken only after using it for 1 year. The bag was in excellent condition as I have looked after it so well given its a very expensive luxury item. They wouldn't replace it for me given it was purchased over 1 year ago but only just she said its out of her control and that she would lose her job if she replaced it so she was going to check with her area manager and call me back in a few days. Over a week later she called back and said that she couldn't replace it but in the meantime I had gone into my local store who didn't even blink an eye lid and replaced the bag for me. It was terrible customer service and i will certainly never be shopping at that store ever again. I am not normally one to leave bad reviews I would just let it go but I am very annoyed with the way I was treated but looking at all the other reviews on here I'm not the only one, seems to be the standard way of there customer service. I feel the worst part about it was i was dealing with the manager.

Subpar products at an overly inflated price. The handbags keep falling apart and are not built to withstand over 12months of everyday use.

I went to mimco and I had a very unpleasant experience. I was first in line at the counter waiting to check out yet the staff ignored me and checked out the person behind me.
Well OK, I could have tolerated that yet after they helped the other customer, the staff called out another worker just to have a 'pleasant' conversation while I was still at the counter waiting for like a whole ten minutes. Horrible customer service! I will never come back to this shop again and I will tell everyone else that I know to never come to this place to have a such a bad experience.

Do not recommend, after a problem with my online order and multiple emails shared there was no real effort to solve the problem that occured.
Spent $100+ on this product and now I wont even receive it. No solution offered, a real waste of time and money.

Disappointed in this store, I really love Mimco & their products but I refuse to buy anything in this store. No customer service from the team, you can walk into an empty store & they will just look you up & down then go back to chatting amongst themselves (or across the shop to each other). Never once have I been greeted in the half a dozen times I have been in here.

We were in store just browsing and we tried on some sunglasses, as soon as we left the area the girl that was watching us the whole time, went straight over and straightened the glasses. It was really rude.
I will never go into this shop again. Terrible customer service

Really was not impressed by Toowoomba Mimco’s service. Your there to serve people not ignor them and re stock.

Amazing customer service. I had an issue with my phone case, and without a second thought they replaced it for free. They had to order the case in and they kept me updated through the whole process.amazing xxx

Customer sevice is so bad! Too busy talking about botox instead of serving customers that were in store wanting to buy!
