Horrible customer service! Been waiting for a refund as I was charged twice for an item in-store… 3 months have passed and still nothing. I’ve been in and asked and they are just rude and say yes we will deal with it and nothing. So rude!

Amazing service! Sam was so lovely and so helpful, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I love my new bag and am so thankful for her patience and assistance because I’m so indecisive haha thanks again Sam!
