MIMCO Robina

My MIMCO store is better than your MIMCO store.

I’ve had a great experience with MIMCO at Robina. Particularly with store manager Greta and team member Jordan, but they whole team is friendly and helpful.

Recent positive experiences: they helped put an item for a gift aside until I could get in to collect - then beautifully wrapped it for me. The team helped me navigate the loyalty system and showed me how to properly use my MIMCO card in my Apple wallet and they have ordered statement jewelry in for me so I can look at it in store before purchasing it - handy considering some items you cannot return for health and safety reasons.

The store always looks great and I personally, get a warm and welcoming vibe when I walk in.

I have shopped at a few stores, but my experience at Robina is hands down the best.

Absolutely terrible, refused to provide me proof of purchase and I dealt with the manager of the store Gretta. I spoke to Pacific Fair and they advised me that if I had purchased the item through them they would have been happy to help. I would personally avoid this store - just see the reviews!

I absolutely love this store. The girls are awesome and they look after everyone. I always feel welcome in this store.

I love mimco but honestly customer service at robina store is very poor I walked In on Saturday afternoon to pick up something there was two young ladies there one was attending to a client the other at the desk didn’t greet or totally ignore me than other lady when finish with the customer attended to me. Gosh took a while too I will stop going there maybe buy online

Horrible old lady in charge who obviously judges everyone who comes in by looks. Felt sorry for the young girl working there who she was also very rude to. Young girl was lovely hence 2 stars instead of 1.

Traveled all the way to Robina mimco past two other mimco shops for a new phone case key ring and wallet for the older lady with short hair and big glasses to look me up and down and spray disinfect at me and say you have too.that is fair enough that is the rules.but she didn’t say hello smile or even ask to help me she ignored me for 5 minutes until it looked as tho I was going too pick something up and for her to run over and spray me as I only just put hand sanitiser on before entering the store after she sprayed me she walked off in a Huff.
I actually know what Julia Roberts felt like in pretty woman because that was the amount of discrimination I felt it was the rudest experience I’ve ever had in a store and won’t be shopping at Mimco Robina again also I’m a hairdresser and will be telling this to everyone that gets their hair done not to shop their.such a shame as I’ve spent thousands and thousands at your store check my membership

Had the most delightful experience in store 4 days prior to xmas day. Had purchased online a Mimco Phone case online and had it delivered to home only to find out I had ordered the incorrect size. The gorgeous Jessica at Mimco Robina was so helpful and even did an online swapover for me. Thanks Jessica, you are a credit to the Mimco Brand

We enjoyed our look around the Mimco Department in DJ's. There were some great end of season reductions and we both purchased some lovely costume jewelry and a bag each. The staff were friendly and helpful.
