If I could give half a star, I would.
Went in store to purchase a new bag for work. 2 workers in-store chatting away and they both just looked at me like i shouldnt have been there, and kept chatting, i said excuse me to enquire and i got ignored. So I left. Missed out on a couple hundred $ sale today
Awesome service. Went and got my sister a phone case and purse for her birthday and the store assistant that help me was lovely
My daughter & I visited the Indooroopilly store & were greeted by Lucinda. She advised us with product knowledge & options to help with our purchases. Lucinda was friendly & attentive while giving us time to browse, which made for a very pleasant experience.
I have supported mimco since they opened in Indooroopilly. Love the collection and styles. All staff are very friendly and caring especially Storm. They have made me welcome all the time. I always drop by to say hello to the girls. Goid wirk guys. Love to work for mimco.

Extremely friendly staff, more than willing to assist. Very attentive to remembering customers, and recalling their purchases or style preferences, which has happened for us. Have always had the full range of items that we have purchased from this Mimco outlet. Well done as always!
