I don’t rate Mimco Carindale especially 1 particular girl which I have witnessed her rude behaviour towards customers including myself. I am a rose gold member and I now refuse to shop at Carindale, which is my local and now either purchase at garden city or online. She definitely doesn’t send the vibe you want to buy
Was looking for a gift for my gf and a sales assistant I think called Kaitlin (she had like a British type accent) was so patient and helpful with me. Had no idea what to buy when I went in (was thinking maybe a phone case) but I left with a necklace, the matching bracelet and earrings - i have since seen all three things on her xmas wish list- what are the odds! Such a nice sales assistant not too pushy but was so helpful with her recommendations, and spent a lot of time with me despite it being busy - thank you!:)
