Mimco Brisbane Qantas Domestic

Very bad and mean customer service. MIMCO- please see who was working at the airport this morning as idk her name and stop her from working.i was showing her my order number to pickup an online order and she literally flicked through my photos and messages and was like that’s not your order! Breaching privacy! Then she gave me the bag without even looking at me or saying anything just like she doesn’t wanna be there. Very arrogant. Appalling! Not Australian standard at all.

Well I should have read the reviews before I decided to look at what o could spend my rewards on…. But didn’t spend a cent of course

Seems staff are more interested in chatting amongst themselves than to serve or help customers!
I walked in with many Mimco items so they can see I am a fan but that did not seem to make any difference …I am sent a reminder to use my rewards so thought I would look at airport on my travels home …
What a disappointing experience
I saw at least 3 customers walk away and no acknowledgement at all… consistent with all I guess but extremely poor service

Maybe you need to train these people better or remind them to look after all customers.

The best service so far is Eastland Ringwood Melbourne Victoria!

Once again I have to send email about the poor experience with Mimco.

Can’t blame COVID or delivery it’s a people business and service is basic business.

Absolutely appalling service from girl named Georgia, seemed like she couldn’t give 2 craps about providing an experience all she cared about was making a sale, rushing me while I’m trying to browse around the store, pressuring me to make a purchase after I explained I was happy to just look around and then she became arrogant. Been shopping with mimco for years and this has well and truly put me off. Who do you think you are you’re in a customer service job act like it!

Disgusting customer service from a woman named Georgia. I tried to talk to one of my best friends that worked there and Georgia was yelling and swearing at me telling me to “piss of” and a lot more explicit things just because I was “distracting” her co worker when there was barely anyone in the airport and as I was walking away began abusing my friend.
Absolutely disgusting.
