Second time buying a bag here for my partner. The customer service and friendly reception is so welcoming and appreciated.

Acknowledged my bag had a manufacturers fault but as it has been too long chose not to fix the issue.

The customer service here is atrocious. My mum had asked one of the staff such a simple question and she was so unfriendly and unhelpful. There was three of us who walked in the store and not a single staff had greeted us or asked if we needed any help. None of us will be coming back. I’m telling all my friends not to come here. I’ve never felt so unwelcomed in a store.

I went into this store this morning and was appalled with their customer service. I was at the counter for 15 minutes waiting to be served and the staff just totally ignored me. One of the workers came out of the back room and walked up to the service area she didn’t even ask if i was okay or was being looked after before walking back into the back room.

Excellent and friendly service. The store is spacious which allows for wheelchair access and the staff are very accomodating and excellent at solution solving. Large range of bags and wallets and other items

From start to finish worst shopping experience ever went to buy something their on a buy now pay later platform and came off my personal card not the card it was supposed to then was told by the arrogant store manager that thinks thinks her s.don't stink and her customer service is much to be desired that I was to wait for my refund to go back into my ban kor contact my bank and still waiting for it to be returned also showed them proof that the first payment came off my assigned card and still no goods and told to contact my bank when asked to speak to head office was rudely told they won't do anything im wasting my time found the store manager to be quiet rude and so upherself she might need to come down off the high horse she's on and learn how to speak to people properly in the retail industry and really learn customer service skills as someone who as worked in the industry i was rudely told that I do t work their their fore i idont have opinion news flash love customer is always right golden rule of customer service did u miss that memo will never purchase from that store ever again whilst she works their other ladies a gem to deal with and quiet helpful

Excellent service. Especially the tall fashionable guy, he was so knowledgeable and helpful. He was so patient and packaged up my shoes so nicely. He even demonstrated how to apply the leather conditioner. Highly recommended. Thank you for a great shopping experience. Will definitely be returning

Received a lot of help and the staff were friendly and courteous. Which was a big deal to someone trying to buy his wife a present who knows nothing of women's handbags.

From start to finish this was the best experience I’ve had in Mimco stores. Olivia was so efficient, she thought of things I didn’t, she organised a product I wanted from another store and the whole process of getting what I wanted quickly and easily was ultra smooth. So happy with my shoes!
