Milsim east and the village reviews
13Seriously awesome grpup of people run this and the proceeds go to helping veterans and their technicians are top rate!
What a great place to go Gell Balling, Travis was very helpful and got our Vector working properly again, Great Place to Play, get Repairs, and buy all of your gear that you need for this awesome sport.
Another great night blasting at Wounded Heroes Milsim East and The Village, everyone had a great time blasting under lights for the first half of the session and then enjoyed playing in the dark with torches.
Didn't know it was called Milsim East. New shopping centre, still opening in parts. Good Fresh and Save.
Opportunity Shop in the grounds for Unsung Hero's. Gr8 bargains for the whole family. The grounds also host The Gel ball Skirmish, and theres asmall snack bar with hot food and drinks.
It's great to see a family friendly, Veteran run business that's giving its proceeds to the very worthy Veteran community through Wounded Heroes. Every time I play here I see families and groups of friends meeting up to play together in the great outdoors. People looking after people, zero tolerance for drugs and alcohol. Zero tolerance for aggressive behaviour.
This is an outdoors venue so don't forget your sunscreen and a hat. Hire blasters are available if you don't own one. I'll be back again.
It was the best day out in a long time, it was also my first time doing Gel Blasting. The whole team are so friendly and will help you out anyway they can. If you don't have a Gel Blaster you can hire them as well.
Photos to come.
Will not be returning, the staff seem disinterested in the game which was evident when the lead referee had no idea what the rules were in the briefing. The grounds are covered in bindies and kangaroo droppings so yeah,
going prone, and crouching aren't great ideas. The map design is quite boring and in the case of the fort just plain bad. The green zone is the hot zone, there is no mesh to stop gels from flying into the no fire areas, my friend got hit by a gel whilst eating off the field, wear eye protection if you plan to risk going to this place. I wouldn't have gone even if it were free if I knew how bad this place is. I realize this place is in the name of charity but it doesn't excuse the blatant lack of safety measures, as it took over halfway in to the day for the referees to tell people to take their mags out of their blasters in the green zone and they never reminded anyone to dry fire their blaster to ensure no one loses an eye. 0/5.

Love this place it's home us Blakwove Hit Squad Travis Goldie and his team out there are all amazing and family orientated my kids love coming out even just for a visit:)
Great fun and good community. Raises money to support wounded heroes, a veteran's charity
Great place with a friendly (and kid friendly) atmosphere. Awesome staff like Tractor, Tony, Ken and his daughters.
Absolutely awesome. Great atmosphere, awesome refs, amazing fields and they have pretty cheap but good food that can keep you running.
Great place for your weekend gel blasting activities. Is adult and children frendily with people from all back grounds flocking to the field. And as a bonus all the proceeds (game fees, hire fees etc) goes back into wounded heroes to help any vets that's in trouble.
