Love this place. When I first randomly met manager Trent he told me to come & try it there, I said “No way mate, I hate gyms, I’m not a gym person, always do my dough, I’ll never join another one”. “No mate, this one is different, give it a try” he said.
So I did, & been there regularly now for about eight months. Love the vibe, culture, help, friendships, oh yes, & the fitness, strength & weightloss too.
Plenty of classes & machines to choose from, & all very clean and well maintained. Check them out.

Great gym, great location and most importantly, always clean. You get all the help you need from the trainers. It has everything I need for a workout.

This is a fabulous gym! I've been going to Milon for about a year now and I honestly love everything about it. There is such a pleasant vibe to this place, it is super clean and refreshing with a beautiful view. The staff and management are amazing, they are welcoming and helpful. There are a great variety of classes and the gym circuit and equipment are next level! The circuit is especially great for those new to the gym, leaving no room for injury:) I am happy to say that I am apart of a great community of people here. I highly recommend Milon 100% to everyone.

Great facility that offers top end traditional gym equipment and specialist circuits not offered in a gym anywhere else on the Gold Coast [it's gotta be there secret sauce this Milon equipment]. Great value for the experience you'll receive and access to equipment and classes. Great staff, happy members. Highly recommend.

The best gym with ocean view on the Gold Coast. Joined this gym six months ago. Trainers are super helpful. Most importantly it’s always so tidy in the gym. Enjoyed it!

The team at Milon are amazing people that truly helped me when I was going through a very rough patch in my life. The Gym itself is very clean, extremely modern and has great equipment that is always in excellent working order. The location is fantastic directly across the road from the beach. I cant recommend this place enough, its a MUST SEE & MUST JOIN AS A MEMBER!

Took a tour of Milon, very beautiful club with the latest equipment. I loved the friendly professional service provided by the Ukrainian trainer.cannot remember her name, will join when I finish moving.

Best gym and yoga on the Goldcoast by far, equipment is the best I’ve ever used, great management

I was sceptical, but it works for me, I don’t need to follow a program or work out my free weights it’s all done for me and adjusts as I progress. One of the best things is the staff and environment, never been in a gym like it. Great people who are genuinely interested in helping you improve, I know them all by name. In contrast I never spoke to the staff at my last gym as they didn’t acknowledge you.

A gym like no other.
Not full of meatheads or prima donnas but a range of different aged clients from young to mature with different abilities but all very friendly.
The Staff are all attentive, professional, personable and always offer friendly advice where required.
It's a pleasure to walk in daily to a clean, friendly environment and I would recommend everyone to come and give it a try.

Congratulations Trent and the owners for giving Milon a new lease of life after Covid! We are very happy to be able to return to the "new normal" and experience the value of the Milon system - an easy and no injury way to fitness!

Amazing place, first time when I was visiting Milon I fall in love in this place, and now I am working here. People in Milon very nice and friendly. New gym tehnology, beautiful view, very clean. My boss amazing person, all members love him. And we staff love to serve our amazing members. We welcome to Milon Premium Health Club, only 24,95$ per week and for pensioners 19,95$ per week.

Great modern equipment, and a fantastic system to workout to. Love how the machines auto adjust to your measurements and set requirements. You can use the Milon app to follow how you are going.
Just joined recently (when they reopened) and love the training system. Great friendly staff and fellow gym workoutees!

Are you looking to work out, get fit and have fun while doing it!

Milon Gym is unlike any other gym I have gone to.
To be honest I have not enjoyed going to the gym before I became a member of Milon.

It has such a great vibe, they use state of the art modern technology, always a fabulous clean studio with lots of space, and 2 easy to follow circuits, that work out every muscle in your body which is amazing!

You know you have worked out, and all in 40 mins!

I go 3 times a week, sometimes more and I get results. Visually you see the changes, and every 3 months or so your BMI, Muscle, Fat are measured, so scientifically you know of the benefits too.

There is also a free area to do weights, and they do classes throughout the week like Yoga, Pilates, Circuit Training, Personal Training etc.

Once you become a member, each machine on the circuit is designed perfectly for your shape and size. You start small and build up from there.

The staff, members and overall atmosphere of the gym is of high standard, and you actually want to go and work out! ️‍️

The best thing of all is YOU GET RESULTS!

Milon is a health club like no other. The equipment is second to none, as are the lovely staff. Marcin and his team are so informative, encouraging and friendly. I recommend this place to absolutely everyone as it really is next level. I was never a fan of working out - now I love it as Milon makes it safe, fun, simple and you get results fast. 10/10

Very nice looking gym and a wonderful outlook over the Broadwater. Plenty of free parking in the basement. Very nice quality weights.
