Millers Mitre 10

A local alternative to the larger competition but always very friendly service and I can always find what I want there. Plenty of parking.

I delivered packs of timber to this store the fork lift operator was friendly as for inside this store I've never been inside it I only get to the delivery bay

Has to be the worst hardware store in all of Brisbane, very little stock and the staff don't know where certain are even in the store.

Extremely helpful and had to go back a second time to do an exchange / swop and it couldn't have been handled any better.
Could well be our first point of call in future

Love MILLERS Mitre 10. Always helpful and pleasant staff. Usually have what I need. Much better to deal with than the big stores.

Absolutely great help and service, thank you, better then Bunnings, as I went to Bunnings for help and advice and really got nothing, so I went to Millers Mitre 10.just awesome.

Great place to shop always get helped and 90 percent of the time way cheaper than Bunnings. Especially the plumbing bits and pieces.

The service is friendly and they don't run in the other direction when you approach them, unlike the competition. Support the little guys.

Their prices always seem to be dearer than their opposition. Was looking for a certain quantitie of pink batts but out of stock. They took our details and said they would ring around and see what they could come up with. Was also told they would definitely get back to us on Tuesday as this is rather urgent. It's now Friday and still waiting for a call. How hum Mitre 10 you've done it again

Made me feel like a was doing something wrong when claiming a warranty return.
If you sell items with a 10 year warranty expect some customers to return damaged items.

Sadly this facility does not rate well in several ways. It’s so dark inside I used my phone light to see in some parts of the building. It was dirty. And staff didn’t seem to relate well to my age or maybe gender?
The yellow crested cockatoo was ever ready for a dance, a show of wings and crest and had more than a few words. He’s a beauty.
There seems to be a lot of stock but no one to show where to find what we needed.

Don't know north Brisbane that we'll and travelled 1/2 to purchase something and the staff there are OTT on their service. 1/2hour or not I will be going there again

Always a pleasant visit to the Hardware Store @ Millers Mitre 10. The Staff are Always helpful and courteous. Had what I was looking for.

Customer service was great. Bunnings was full and this little place was empty. Who can compete with that bohemoth, Bunnings? What a shame. Will shop here again.

Older men behind the counter in the garden department were every rude. When said excuse me to get their attention one said "hmm" barely acknowledged me. Then told they can't help me as all sold out very rudely. And dismissed me. Was at Bunnings just before and huge difference in the way they treated me. Wouldn't go back and wouldn't recommend.

Rang the store to see if they had a particular item. Even though they didn't have it, the staff member was very helpful & polite

Staff are great. Way better than bunnings. Bunnings might have more stock. But they don't have the same friendly service.

11/12/21 Having leaking taps issues went to Bunnings and didn’t get the help we needed. The guy who served me didn’t even know what a spindle was.
Found Miller’s Mitre 10 and Thomas was a great help but knew we needed more help. Shane then spoke with us on what the problem was and how best to fix it. Now home we go to fix our leaking tap.

Went to Miller's last week and needed to show the screws to my husband who was in the car, the staff allowed me to take the item out to our car before purchase.can't do that at Bunnings.

Got exactly what I needed for some home repair and some ice cream. So glad I made the effort to come in, I was certainly happier to get great staff wanting to help out and a more easier to navigate store. Top notch, this my new hardware store
