We are very happy with our laundry reno. With a touch of magic from Millennium Glass its gone from dowdy and old looking to brand spanking new, I absolutely love the black splash back. From my first online enquiry to the installation.it was seamless and hassle free. The pricing was competitive. What stood out was the amazing customer service. Definitely will use again and highly recommend for any glass renovations or requirements.

Can not fault the team at Millennium, from the beginning to the end, everything seemed no trouble and the finished product was even better than we expected! Thank you team. Will definitely be using you when we can afford to Reno our ensuite bathroom!

My new shower screens are awesome. The whole process from getting a quote to the installation was a breeze. All the people I dealt with at Millenium Glass were most helpful, polite and genuine. So happy with the quality of the work done to make and install.

I was recommended this company. I had high hopes and was totally let down.

First, 1 shower came with the incorrect shower door size and had to be reordered. It was only discovered after the existing shower was removed so I had a half installed shower.

The other shower was installed with incorrect framing colour so they said they would fix it when they came to finish the other shower.

After weeks of waiting from the order date, then another waiting time for the new shower door, then cancellations, I finally had them come to finish and fix the original install. Only they forgot that they had to replace the incorrect colour frame in shower 2. So that was another job the next week. So 3 visits to install 2 showers and maybe 2months of time.

I thought they were ok but again I was wrong, I was cleaning the main shower today that is rarely used only to discover they hadn’t siliconed around the base of the frame! Mould has already started to form and water is running under it.

After contacting the company they advised it wasn’t covered under warranty as it’s outside 14days. That they can give me a price to fix something that was never installed correctly in the first place. Apparently the contract voids all errors buy the company after 14days.

I am a full time single mum of a child with additional needs. I am just devastated and so fed up with trades taking advantage of women and making us pay because we don’t know about these things.

Friendly and professional team with competitive pricing. The finished product was of high quality.

Lovely product, but very disappointing process with this company.

Had two shower screens installed, which are absolutely lovely quality, but it took 7 visits for Millennium Glass to achieve this.

Visit 1: Measure and quote
Visit 2: Shower 1install attempt #1 - wouldn't fit as measurements were wrong
Visit 3: Shower 1 install attempt #2 - wouldn't fit as measurements were wrong
Visit 4: Remeasure
Visit 5: Successfully installed screen #1
Visit 6: Shower 2 install attempt #1 - installer literally forgot to bring the screen with him
Visit 7: Successfully installed screen #2

Staff were all lovely and helpful, but that does not remove the fact that this company seems to be very disorganised. Happy with the end product, but boy what a mission to get it done!

Everything was very easy, from choosing the shower screen to booking/buying online; and the installation took only 30minutes. Very happy with the result.

The service from everyone from the office staff to the tradies was 5 star perfect. Even though it was only a small job they treated it like a major job. Very hard to find this kind service these days.

Competitive price, good communication, quality product, prompt service. No issues here, would recommend.

What an absolute waste of time this company is! They couldn’t even be bothered to answer a question, let alone actually do any work. Everything was all “too hard”, even though I gave them all the information, measurements and was willing to pay an overblown, massive quote just to get something done. It’s a wonder they actually get any work with an attitude like that.

Your answer is one I expected from someone who listened into a conversation but obviously doesn’t know what they’re talking about. I don’t have a “glass tabletop” as you suggested, I have a standing hall stand. As I told your receptionist the hall stand is too large to bring into your “showroom” and I only needed the new mirror cutting down a small amount to fit into the back of the stand and certainly doesn’t require any major cutting of the mirror. One would think that if you were concerned that a mistake had been made a phone call from you would have been forthcoming but again, you obviously don’t consider your smaller customers worth your time. Typical of some companies these days. I also wanted to let you know that I found a lovely small, local company who was happy to cut down my mirror on the spot at a very reasonable price. So thank you for your non-help, it just goes to show that if you want the work you will take the time to find out what the customer needs.

As a bathroom renovation business I engage Millennium Glass to do all my shower screens. Their service is always exceptional and their shower screens and other products are always of the highest standard. I would be happy to recommend this business to anyone requiring their services.

Love the team at Millennium Glass. Super friendly, very knowledgeable and upfront about timelines, costs etc. Genuinely good down to earth team they have.

Nothing but problems. Went with this company because we thought it was reputable and had great reviews. Had a multitude of issues, not limited to one of the black hinges being scratched on install, a dodgy silicone job that required a call back and shower now leaking out into the bathroom in the corner where the glass meets the wall. Don't ever pay extra for the endurosheild. Asked what the difference was between us DIY and them applying it. Was told that it had a longer guarantee with them because it was 'commercially applied' although they couldn't explain this process over the phone. It's just a line they use. We went with them, they did the shower however forgot the door so sent someone out after install to apply it. Literally, some guy with a spray bottle that sprayed it on and rubbed it off in less than 5minutes. Also terrible at communicating when you have problems. Just won't call you back. Was told there is a 14day warrenty on the silicone which is also a joke. When complained about the leak we were told that they would log the claim for us but there was a long wait- which says a lot. Still haven't heard anything.

I went into millennium glass and was greeted by dani who was very helpful to show me what I wanted, the boys installed the glass on time and it looks unreal, great price, great service
