Milestones Early Learning Kelso

As a first time daycare mum I was anxious about putting my child in care but the wonderful ladies in the Nursery room were so reassuring and they made the transition so easy. The girls go above and beyond in the room for the children and they are supportive with your goals, everyone is so friendly and I feel comfortable leaving my child in the girls care every day. Milestones Kelso has been great.

My son just thrived at this centre and couldn't have asked for a better kindy year. Miss Leanne and the other kindy staff were just amazing with the class and definitely worked their magic! The staff across the centre are so caring and my son always enjoyed helping staff pack up of an afternoon and was always happy chatting to staff or having a ball playing when I would collect him. He learned so many important social skills to get him ready for prep and just turned into such a confident little boy. They always have fantastic engaging activities set up for the kids and the centre is clean and well organised. My son especially loved how so many staff and other kids would always say good morning/ good afternoon to him as he came and went and it really made him feel welcome. A great little centre in a nice quiet location.

Milestones Kelso has by far exceeded our expectations the staff are all lovely and so welcoming. The support my son receives from all the educators is incredible and is shown by how much he loves going.

Our family have a history at what we now know as Milestones Kelso for over 10 years. I have two children that have attended and a third still attending and have known some of the staff since my eldest attended as a 3 year old (she is now 14). The staff at Kelso Milestones have been like family to my kids. I trust them with their health, their happiness, their education and overall well being. When they have attended so my husband and I could work, I have had nothing but trust and total appreciation for the attention and care the staff pay to my children. Couldn't speak more highly of this centre and so grateful for the amazing, caring, dedicated staff.

Absolutely fantastic, amazing educators. My 2 older kids come here from babies, had my 3rd child and having to go back to work I had to put her in quite early they were so reassuring and allowed me to contact and ask how she is going. Great communication, anything happens I always get a phone call straight away very welcoming and family orientated, never a day I walk in and don’t get greeted. That is one thing I have always looked at in daycare centres, daily updates on story park which I absolutely love.

Milestones Early Learning Centre is by far one of the best if not the best childcare centres my son has attended. Not only are the staff lovely and always warming with a beautiful greeting they are consistent which is key in developing my sons education getting ready for school. My son has attended this daycare for many years now and I’ve never had an issue. They are very beautiful people who take pride each and every day with what they do. All incidents that do occur which is inevitable at times are always followed with a courtesy call and timely incident report. I have even been the worrisome mum that calls here and there for a check in and I’m always greeted politely and nicely over the phone. My son always is excited to go to school, the friendships he has made along the way are like no other as the kids actually are stimulated with something new each and every day. The variety of food offered is amazing with not only nutritional value but from many different cultural backgrounds and the centre is always more than willing to accept a family recipe that they may use. The ladies are absolutely amazing and I cannot even fault them. It saddens me that next year my son will be off to big school and it’s daunting but the ladies are that great that they give you recommendations and word of mouth opinions from past and present families. I cannot fault this centre and if it was up to me I’d vote it the best in Townsville. Thank you ladies for all the wonderful years.

I have also recomended the center to my friends and family that's how much we love it we have been using the services since 2017 and still have one child attending.
The girls were really helpfully with helping transion from nappies to fully toilet trained and off the dummy.

I have formed a great relationship with the centre director and all the staff and has made me feel more comfortable leaving her in care. All staff are professional yet, show so much care for the children. I highly recommend this centre!

New to Townsville, found this treasure tucked down from Kelso Primary School. The tour blew me away, the centre was beautiful and the outdoor play area is huge with great equipment. The children were happy and the staff so so caring and gentle; they care about each individual child. My 3yr old has cerebral palsy and bad separation anxiety, but the staff handled him with patience and compassion. It’s only been a week and already my son is settling very well and his anxiety has dramatically improved. I strongly recommend Milestones Kelso to all parents, very happy with the care at this centre:)

Milestones Kelso is an amazing daycare service. My daughter has been going there for over a year and she loves it. The educators are just amazing and they have all stayed the same so very consistent which works for us as my daughter doesn’t take to strangers.
Finishing note this centre is amazing and I can’t fault it.

My child has attended Milestones Kelso since he was a baby. It is a beautifully presented centre with an amazing family feel. All the staff are amazing and brilliant at their jobs, they are loving and passionate about their work and you can see the positive influence they have on the children. My little boy comes home so happy to tell me all about his day and he doesn't stop talking about his friends and educators.
We cant recommend this centre enough. Thank you to the amazing staff that have welcomed us and continue to help our little man grow.

My son has been going here since 2016 and the staff here are absolutely amazing. The educators have always gone above and beyond to help him with his learning and development. I highly recommend Milestones Kelso, as you wont be disappointed with the service they provide.

I have been using this Centre for 3 of my children, 2 of which are now in primary school, the youngest still goes to the centre. I would recommend this daycare to anyone who asks, as the staff are always friendly and takes care of my son as they would their own. Plus my son comes home happy at the end of the day.

Having to relocate from central Queensland to kelso from a serious DV marriage. I found Caz and her team warm, friendly, helpful, and, able to provide a tremendous amount of education support to my daughters. My youngest had experienced choking at other facilities and now thanks to ongoing support from Emma’s team she is trying new foods, giggling and, developing a wonderful sense of humour on a compassionate level. My preppie enjoys milestones that much that she now requests a pick up time that’s long enough so she can play longer with the other schoolies that attend the centre. It is with great pleasure that I recommend one of the finest childcare facilities in QLD. If you’ve only just got on board to check them out! Don’t hesitate contact them today to ensure your child has the best care around.

Highly recommended childcare. The educators are all lovely, genuine people and are very supportive. My little boy is learning so much, and has made lots of friends. Very high standard of cleanliness, and I love that it is just down the street from Kelso State School.

We have had such a great experience with Milestones over the past few years. The staff are always so friendly, supportive and helpful. Highly recommend!
