Would normally shop here quite often but with the man with the long hair has a very bad attitude no customer service. Big put off

Called in today to look at a hat and shoes for hubby. Was served by a young lass - Chloe V. Hubby is a stroke survivor - well this young lass was so helpful nothing was too much trouble she never once spoke down to hubby - he has a speech problem since the stroke.
She was able to show him different style hats and as the one he liked was a little too big she showed him how to pack the hat til it shrinks to suit his head. Also advised us about how to care for the hat and suggested some products to help.
Was extremely knowledgeable about the shoes we were interested in. And the number of try ons were no problem to her.
If you need help ask for Chloe. She is a credit to the store.

Very friendly and most help with my purchases.
Will definitely be shopping with in the future.

Recently my son entered the Mike Williams premises accompanied by a number of his clients wishing to try on some Country Attire I.e boots

Apparently the service was somewhat to be desired. My son was ignored, no eye contact & he felt irrelevant.

Didn't enjoy browsing at all. Couldn't relax and see what styles etc you might even like. In a space of 5 mins 3 staff had asked what I was looking for and one of those asked twice. Didn't even give us a chance to see if there was something we liked. Left without hesitation.

What a wonderful store. It was great to see it so husy during the weekend of meat fest in Toowoomba. This store is clearly well known for it's friendly staff, quality products, variety of products and consistency. It was nice to meet Mike Williams himself on such a busy day!

Lovely service, lady helped me try on multiple jeans and knew her brand sizing.
However a pair of jeans broke on a fault the second time I wore them. When I tried to return them they tried to tell me they did not offer warranty as this was the manufacturers responsibility. They got very rude toward me when I showed them that the ACCC laws state that retailers must offer warranty on faulty goods.
Their returns and refunds page is not working on the website, however I have an email where they tried to inform me they were simply suppliers and thus do not need to offer warranty. This is completely illegal and false.

While the product range is good, beware that if anything is faulty your success in obtaining a remedy will be dependant on how well you know your consumer rights.

Extremely helpful to myself today. Both Priscilla and Mike went above and beyond for me.

Love their range! Shop is roomy and tidy. The young lady who served me was wonderful. Good advice and product knowledge and patient with letting me make a selection not just trying to make a sale. Love good customer service!

I ordered a pair of Ariat Heritage Stockmans online. Firstly, the wrong size was delivered.

I called the store on morning I was travelling up to Toowoomba to confirm that they had the correct size in stock and placed on hold. I was told that they had my size in stock and a young girl got my details and put the boots on hold for me.

I then traveled an hour and a half to exchange my shoes, only to be told when I got there that they didn’t actually have my size in stock.

The staff members seemed incapable of communicating information with me and had no customer skills whatsoever.

This will be the first and last time I ever purchase anything from this company.

Good for all your clothing needs.
Staff need a kick in the butt. Too confronting and wont let you touch anything without them looking over your shoulder. Hard to purchase when staff are reluctant to let you try clothing on.

Likely wont be back, will price match elsewhere.
