Midas Shoes - Pacific Fair

I had a wonderful experience at Midas PF on the Sunday of the Black Friday sales weekend, thanks to a lady named Yolanda (apologies if misspelled). Despite the shopping center being crowded and the shop assistants likely exhausted, Yolanda was incredibly helpful and polite. Shopping for shoes is usually a stressful experience for me, but Yolanda went above and beyond to address my concerns, making the experience enjoyable!

This isn't my first time purchasing from this store, and the service has always been top-notch. However, I want to express my appreciation for this particular experience with Yolanda. Thanks again!

Bought a pair of shoes for my GF on special yesterday 3.8.23. The older lady made me feel unwelcomed. (Not the young lady with a bit of accent) I was re placing the shoes my GF tried to their spots and she commented let's see if he remembers where to put them then asked do you want a Job here? Making it like funny comment but I know if it's just funny comments or a bit of undertones to it. I own 3 separate businesses. High interest rates with retail down, staffs should welcome any customer walking in. I walked into Aquila shoe shop after and the young man welcomed me even though I didn't end up buying anything.what a gem he is. This is for business owners since Pacific Fair is a Flagship store for Qld ideally we have sweet staffs.

July 2023 went to the Pacific Fair store. The young sales assistant was wonderful; helpful and extremely good at her job. She handled a shop full of people, attending to each person personally and calmly. Highly recommend this store and hoping this sales person is appreciated by the company. Excellent service.

Received boots today. Purchased online and sent from the Broadbeach store.
Not happy at all. Not boxed correctly, price tag removed from the sole of the right one. Very obviously display stock as that particular boot is way stretched out. If I wanted second hand boots, I would of purchased from Vinnies.
Not acceptable at all!

Staff members extremely rude to customers, repeated chastising of other customers in store during visit.

One of the shoe assistance was the worst bro deal with very unhelpful. Luckily her employ stepped in.
