Microcheap Computers - Expert Mac and PC Repair

They fixed my mac. I took it home and same problem started happening. When I asked refund, they did not refund my money. I wish I could give negative star review. I think they have fake reviews of 5 stars.

My iMac hard drive was corrupted and I thought that I might have lost all of my files. Service from Microcheap was exceptional… recovered everything and installed a new drive… saved the data and a lot of money - was thinking about buying a new computer. Highly recommend!

10/10 recommend! My computer had a logic board failure and was fixed within 48 hours. Customer service was 10/10, actual service was 10/10.

I highly recommend Bhav and his business, we had a fantastic experience from start to finish with our slow performing Mac desktop computer. Bhav was great at calling me and following up (without being annoying or too persistent) when I was too busy to get back to him so it was refreshing that I as the customer didn't have to chase them. He was completely transparent with all of our options and pricing and gave us options and ways to save money like we could do our own back up or they could do that for us for X cost. Likewise he gave the option of them picking up the computer for a small fee or us dropping it off to save money. In the end he had a job in our area and didn't even charge us to collect it. All costs were very reasonable and explained in detail. We are also extremely happy with the outcome of the repair and our Mac is nice and speedy again. In addition, following our repair I had an issue trying to download some software for my sons new LeapFrog computer (unrelated to our fixed issue) and Bhav was kind enough to try and help me resolve the issue over the phone. Honestly can't recommend their customer service enough, hence why I am taking the time to give a review as it is getting harder to come by these days! Thanks again!

We had an old Macbook that stopped working suddenly. Analysis and advice was given within the timescale promised and assistance with data extraction from the hard drive was timely and efficient.

Signage to to find the business could be a little more prominent one you are in the complex.

I found upgrading to a bigger SSD in my iMac a simple process. It took only a few days to get it back with all my info on there. I was most happy with the price and the communication was excellent. I would do this again no problems. Thanks

Although it did take a while to repair the MacBook Pro, that was due to Covid19 and suppliers/supplies. In the end I believe my daughter will be very happy to have an updated computer back. Very fair pricing and communicates well. Highly recommend Bhavin Shah's business to everyone.

I found Microcheap via the web and dropped off two MacBook Pros to see if they were repairable. Yes, they were able to be repaired and yes, they were. And very quickly and remarkably inexpensively. Top quality work in surprisingly little time and with an excellent approach to customer service.

Any Mac issues in the future will see me ringing Microcheap again.

Bhav replaced the hard drive in my 9 year old iMac with an SSD for less than it would have cost for me just to purchase the drive myself. Now it runs like it's brand new again. The amount he quoted me on the phone was the amount charged. Service was prompt and I'm very happy with the quality of work carried out.

My iMac was unable to start as usual as the software was out of date (my iMac is 10 years old). I was given various knowledgeable suggestions on how I could repair the issue before deciding what to do. It was a very fast and efficient service that I would definitely recommend! Excellent service! My MacBook wouldn’t turn on and I took it to Microcheap and he was so efficient and fixed it all in a couple of hours with photos sent of what was wrong with it, he gave me great and honest advice on the best thing to do about my macbook! Very affordable and fast! Thanks
