Popped in for a looksee and was impressed. Bought some ham - nice and smokey. Pork snags - big & brilliant spicey flavour. Beefs snags also damn good. Lamb shanks in the slow cooker as we speak & smelling great. Friendly team of butchers too.

Come from nwqld where steak is great. Have brought lots steak here from Bris to sunshine coast. Stoped buying steak as tasteless n tough, from rump to fillet. I brought 4 pieses bbq steak from here n has restored my taste buds, that steak can be tender n tasty. If this is what their bbq steak is like cant wait to taste the rest.

We buy the meat trays for our staff at Micks Meat Barn for Christmas and their birthdays. The service is excellent.

For you dog loves I was able to buy chicken necks there and I order a carton of chicken necks to pick up next week.

The older lady greeted me as I walked in and was already annoyed when I didn’t know what I wanted straight away. I then said that I was making pizza and maybe sausage was the way to go. I then asked “what’s the most popular? ” To which she huffed “well depends what you want” clearly annoyed by the question. All I wanted was some recommendations. Anyway I was unimpressed enough to walk out without purchasing anything. Super rude and unhelpful and as a result I won’t be going back or recommending to anyone

Recently made the change from the supermarket to Mick’s. The quality of meat is sensational! Great range, good service and prices. Recommend everyone make the switch.

AMAZING! I actually almost never go here as it's a bit dear, but I finally popped in for some sausages. I am SO GLAD I did! I bought two different types, which were both delicious. But the lamb and rosemary sausages were honestly THE BEST SAUSAGES I've ever had! And not dear! Can't wait to go get more!

Just ate the most amazing eye fillet tonight that we bought on Monday. I can honestly say that I don’t believe I have ever had better. Cooked rare to medium rare it was sensational, was falling apart tender. Great job guys, we will be back. Cheers

Fantastic, been going here for over 25 yrs. Staff always happy & freindly with all the right advice on how to best cook the wonderful selections of meat they have on offer. Never been steered wrong & they are spot on with answers to my questions. To top it off everything there is gluten free. If you've never been there you need to go. Thanks guys, always look forward to seeing your wonderful selections.

Had high expectations, probably because of the high prices. But when 3 out of your 4 eye fillets are tough and chewy, having paid $40+ /Kg it is very disappointing. And they were cooked the same as I have done for 20 years so it was not the fault of that. Service is good but at these prices you do expect the quality to be up there.

You guys are a pillar of the Sunshine Coast. Always fresh, always friendly, great prices and a great laugh. Thanks for being there for the locals!?

I contacted Mick's Meat Barn from the Gold Coast to organise a meat tray as a gift and Liam was so helpful, couldn't have made it easier. Thanks for the awesome service. Mum is thrilled with quality and variety.

Yes it is expensive. Bought the "mini chicken roasts " only to find that they are just thigh fillets rolled up. Lots of soy sauce. I used to go there a lot but no longer. The young lad who served me was rushing me thru the sale as it was close to closing time so I didn't buy as much as usual. Won't be back.

This is not a real barn! I took my 3 kids here expecting to see some barn animals and i wasvery dissapointed! Do NOT go to Mick's Meat Barn! If you think it is a barn it is not a barn! 1

Purchased chicken from here yesterday- very friendly fellow who served me. Chicken was melt in your mouth, very tender and didn’t hv to cut any fat off the breasts.
