Absolutely amazing service with both interactions I have had with this store. I am a leave it to the last minute type of person which usually ends up making things a little challenging. The ladies of this store have nothing but a can do attitude which can be hard to find in todays world. I highly recommend them I would just not recommend leaving things to the last minute as I have.

The service, expertise, advice and attitude from the girls in this shop are second to none.

Complimentary tailoring for whatever you end up purchasing and they were even nice enough to have my trousers tailored, that I purchased elsewhere, free of charge.

Incredible service, fantastic range and surprising well priced.

For years I’ve walked past this store thinking they would be expensive. Last week a friend told me to come in and have a look and surprisingly they are ultra-competitive, matched with the range and service they are unmatched for value!

I ended up with a suit and a jacket for basically the price of a suit in a department store!

Free tailoring on-site the suit was ready to go!

They have a great range of mens clothes and if you’re not a guy that likes to shop, this is your store. The team are friendly, helpful and knew their stuff (thankfully, because I don’t).

I’ll be back for chinos, shoes, jeans, t-shirts and shirts.

Fantastic service. We went to every suit shop in Westfield before remembering this place, and regret wasting so much time prior! They had a fantastic and vast selection of suit jackets and pants, in plenty of sizes. We were able to find exactly what we needed, and the tailoring is part of the price! Beautiful suits at very fair and affordable prices. Not dishing out hundreds for tailoring on top of the suit price is a brilliant bonus. Definitely recommend.

Stylish clothing, Amazing staff!

After a packing disaster, I realised about 2hrs before a wedding that I had no shirt to wear. I found Michael Innis Menswear was only a 15 minute walk from my hotel and very quickly made my way there.

I walked in looking a bit flustered and was immediately greeted with ‘How can I help? ’ I explained the situation and, sadly I didn’t get the person’s name, sprang into action. After my wife explained my jacket and pants I was sized up and sent to change room with a number of options, the steam iron was turned on and all I had to do was choose.

Within 10 mins I was back on my way to the hotel with an amazing new shirt, ironed, on a hanger and in a suit bag.

I can’t thank you enough for turning my afternoon into an experience with a happy story. For my family and friends in Brisbane, head to Michael Innes Menswear for customer service you just don’t find anywhere else. I will be back next time I am in Brisbane!

Great people, great clothes, and great prices. They helped a friend of mine with his wedding and I came back 2 years later for my own wedding. Shirts in particular are so much better in fit and design than any other store I had visited.

The ladies at Michael Innis are absolutely lovely and a heap of fun! Made choosing and fitting our wedding suits a breeze. Well worth the slightly higher prices for the service and quality you receive. I’ll no doubt be buying from them again in the future.

Great customer service and very heartwarming owners. Went there two times because I needed some clothing for my new work place and once to grab one of those awesome shirts for when I return to Germany. The fabric and brands are all of high quality and I never had such an easy-going experience in german counterparts. I can highly recommend this place!

Best mens wear in brisbane if not Queensland good prices freindly staff and the staff are very freindly and care and understand what you need they dont shove clothes in you face like other places im with what i buy there coz i know its unique
