The service is NOT what it used to be when Kerry was there I had a loyalty card which I was going to use and promptly got told, no we don't do that any more, what, I am a loyal customer been going there for over 12 years and when I go to use my card, which doesn't have a expiry or use by date, I can't, once again if Kerry was there she would have looked after me, its all good I'll be looking for somewhere else now and no I didn't throw it in her face I threw it on the bench in disgust
