Dont get the sunset package food and drinks - no to hardly any alcohol in the drinks, and food is stale

Management is horrific. Fuxking boycotting this club because they promote violence and won’t take a stand

Had a great time! Lily was an absolutely amazing bartender. As a bartender myself, I will say the way she worked the crowd whilst delivering a very fast nightclub service was perfect.

I asked for a fresh glass of water due to health anxiety and ocd and was laughed at by the bar staff.
After I had expressed this with the bar lady she laughed and stared at me and had said that she poured a jug of water one minute prior, noticing this I was sitting diagonally across from the bar the jug of water being unattended and almost empty, and I had not felt comfortable drinking out of a shared jug, mind you i was not drinking this time out and was sitting down the whole entire time after I was laughed at by the blonde lady at the bar I was kicked out because I tried to express my concerns as someone who does not like sharing jugs of water with complete strangers, calling me stupid and insane.
The blonde lady at the bar whom was not wearing a name badge needs to do her RSA again and customer service course again.
The staff is rude, would not recommend.
This is not a Karen post, but a genuine concern as to someone who is carrying an RSA why would you not pour someone a glass of water when asked respectfully and handed a jug of water that could’ve put someone’s life at risk when being unattended by bar staff?

I recently paid a visit to Su Casa Nightclub & Rooftop, and let me tell you, it left a lot to be desired. First off, the place looked like it hadn't seen a mop or a dust cloth in years. I'm pretty sure I spotted a cocktail napkin fossilized to the bar. The music was so loud that I had to scream just to order a drink. As for the security, they were more interested in flirting than ensuring the safety of the patrons. It felt like the wild west in there, with people jostling for drinks and elbowing their way through the crowded dance floor. And don't get me started on the restroom situation – it was like a scene from a horror movie in there. If you're into dingy, ear-splitting, and chaotic nights out, Su Casa Nightclub & Rooftop might be your kind of place. Worst experience of my life. $40 dollars entry for a horrible and disgusting place. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Su Casa Nightclub & Rooftop, and oh boy, it was an experience I won't soon forget – though I'd like to!

Upon entering, I was checked by security, then had to pay $20 entry to what can only be described as an assault on the senses. You'd need industrial-grade noise-canceling headphones to stand a chance.

The lighting was a whole different story. It was like a seizure-inducing light show on steroids. If I wanted to test my photosensitivity, I'd have gone to the optometrist, not a nightclub!

Now, let's talk about security. It was like they hired bouncers from a kindergarten talent show. At one point, I saw a vaping in front of a no smoking sign waltz past security without a second glance. I think half the security team was taking an unscheduled nap. I have no confidence that they could handle a real security issue. If you are into an environment. There was an ominous feeling that you could get stabbed at any moment.

As for cleanliness, the state of the restrooms and club was filthy, smelt of vomit and sweat. I needed a hazmat suit just to wash my hands.

In conclusion, if you enjoy sensory overload, hearing damage, overpriced alcohol, questionable personal space, useless security, and bathroom horror scenes, this nightclub is the place for you. As for me, I'll be recuperating from this ordeal with some peace, quiet, and a serious reconsideration of my life choices.

I come here every second Thursday night and the lady with blonde hair and a headband at the bottom bar is always friendly/lovely to have a quick conversation with and she always remembers our drinks everytime. 10/10 recommend to anyone especially the young ones. I always leave a tip because it's one of my favourite bars in the valley.

If you are trying to decide to do the sunset sess or not, I would NOT recommend it. We got our first cocktail jugs only 20 minutes after arriving and food after 45 minutes. The cocktails have practically no liquor in them that after 6 drinks each, no one felt even slightly buzzed. Half the food served was cold and portion sizes were so small no one left full or satisfied. The only saving grace is I felt bad for the ONE SERVER who was making all drinks and grabbing everyone's food and trying his best but again that is managements fault not his.

Definitely a cozy place with excellent employees like Henrique, who took care of me well. I leave here on record my 100% satisfaction.

We were really keen to try this club, a lot of the clubs weren’t doing it for us tonight so we decided to come to Su Casa. The club host treated us really well upon entry and we were vibing the music! Keid went above and beyond to make me and my girlfriend feel welcome?

Didn’t even know this club existed till I went out after Christmas party and let me tell you this place is one of the best clubs I’ve ever been to! Decent sized dance floor and bar area out side smokers area not a hot box and the music wow the music was amazing banger after banger I can’t wait to come here next time to check out the rooftop 5

All the securities and bouncers need to know good manners and right conduct. Everyone was so rude!

Su Casa hosted our work Christmas event this past Friday night, they completely went above and beyond to make the night run as smoothly as possible. They were extremely accommodating and even made a seperate table for all our guests with dietary requirements! The bar staff were AMAZING - we will definitely be coming back!

I booked this venue for my 21st birthday on friday night (2/12). I requested and received quotes for the function space on the rooftop with Amber. I purchased a 2 hour package deal in association with this.

Unfortunately we experienced a clear lack of organisation and communication between staff throughout the night.

Upon arrival, the space I had been told I booked had another groups name on it, and there was no other signs or private areas in sight. After approaching the bar we were told that we had the two tables closest to the door of the rooftop bar. On top of not having the area I specially requested, I was given a space with no standing room and also not enough seating (only 12 instead of 18 seats).

We compromised and were moved to three tables in the back corner. We received 2 complementary cocktail jugs and 9 shots for this miscommunication. However once we were moved here we had to then repeatedly ask people to move from our 'private function space'. We had to request for reserved signs multiple times to prevent us from continually getting bar staff involved.

I had ordered the mushroom arranchini in advance when I made my initial booking. When the food came out at around 7: 30, despite requesting a vegetarian platter prior to the event, and specifying that we didn't have allergies but many people in our group were vegetarian, we discovered bacon in our food which in turn made several people very ill.

After approaching the bar staff who tried to assure us there definitely wasn't bacon in our food we had to physically show the bacon bits to be taken seriously. Instead of an apology I was told 'that just happens sometimes'. The bar staff also attempted to cut off my bar package at 8pm, 30 minutes early, due to a lack of communication regarding the details of my event, although they were still happy to take my money.

Shortly after this I was approached by a manager for the first time in the night. She was the only person to apologise to me for the events that took place throughout the night. She offered to extend our bar tab for an extra 30 minutes.

Unfortunately due to the series of events that unfolded due to the lack of organisation, accountability and communication throughout the night I was really disappointed with this venue. It is safe to say that none of us will be returning.

This places business model is a joke. We paid $15 entry to get in and realised the place was tiny and asked where the rooftop was to be told to get in to there it’s another $20 entry. What kind of business model is that that it’s $35 entry to get into the entire club. Also it felt very cheap but the drinks were expensive. Not a good vibe at all we left immediately

Such a great vibe, one of my favourite places to go to whenever I go out. All the staff are lovely, special shout-out to Abbi who always makes sure my friends and I have a great time!
