Metro Petroleum reviews
16Website hours for West Ipswich store states open until 8pm Monday to Friday however we stopped to get gas at 7: 30pm on Friday and they were closed. Very disappointing as there are very limited servos that offer gas
Metro as cheaper than other servos. However, went out there today 7th Jan at 4pm after viewing their price for E10 on their website at 1.73 cents per litre. However, when I arrived it was1.79 cents per litre. Unfortunately they don't always update their website regularly with current prices. Have encountered this in the past also with them. Andy, Brassall
Was not open till 9pm. Went to City Cave next door, then planned to fill up after my appointment, was closed at 8: 30 pm. Will change my review when you sort out your closing times!
Always cheaper. Always. And food and drinks here are good. Plus, Twinkies. Service person is always nice.
CHEAPEST PETROL IN TOWN
Weather ur looking for sniffing material or to fuel ur pride n joy, this place has the cheapest fuel in all of Tiger streat. The snacks are good but i feel like $9 for a load of bread and a small coke is a bit of a rip off.
This place always has the cheapest gas in town! Definitely recommend going out of your way to fuel up. Sometimes there's a bit of a cue due to the noticeable price difference from surrounding fuel.
Normally the cheapest fuel in Ipswich.
Others will bump their prices up 30-40 cents in a given cycle, Metro gradually put theirs up, so you have a chance to fill up and miss the price hike.
Great service station friendly staff and exceptionally clean and the bonus is that there fuel remains the cheapest around, why would you go anywhere else, if they keep their fuel at a reasonable price, and are honest the rest might as well close up, if they can sell fuel at this price then it just confirms how the others are ripping us off, and the reason everyone asks what do the ACC get paid for, they are supposed to be looking after the consumer. GO METRO FUEL.
This service station is ripping off the public they have there pumps legally set to rip off the public if you have a 20 litre fuel container and the pump says that you have put 25 litres into the same size container they have been ripping off the public so be aware every one!
This place is great friendly staff cheaper fuel than all the other places in West Ipswich and pretty much all of Ipswich. Fuel delivered by mobile so not a worry on quality and the through put means they are constantly getting fresh fuel so it is not sitting there in the tanks.
Very cheap for fuel but the Indian guy serving there sold me white ox tobacco 25g on Tuesday morning which was very dry like it sat there for a very long time no wonder he was fishing around down the bottom shelf for it would never ever buy tobacco from there again
One of the cheapest service stations in town. Have used for years. Never had a problem with their fuel, despite some rumours about their quality. It is just typical Mobil fuel (same as you get at 7/11).
Best place to get cheaper fuel than anywhere else. Always friendly staff. Don't go anywhere else.
A Really Really Really Fantastic Place. They have the most cheapest prices in the whole market which is the best part of this petrol station and me and my all friends always come to this place as we save a lot whenever we purchase fuel in bulk. So, in my opinion it's awesome
Cheap fuel but very deceptive pricing on shelves. Read the label before you buy as the price for the item you're buying might be three shelves away, and the guy at the console loves an argument! This drink was sitting on a shelf marked $3.99 but was actually$4.20. The proper price was two shelves Up!
$5 FOR A LIGHTER. WHAT A JOKE. I EVEN ASKED THE ATTENDANT TO CONFIRM THIS PRICE. I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT, HE CAME BACK IN BROKEN ENGLISH. FIVE DOLLARS!
RIP OFF THEY ARE $1.25 ELSEWHERE.
