I'm from France and I really wanted to find a good doctor. The staff were very welcoming and smiling. I saw Doctor Krista and she was very attentive, gentle and reassuring. I recommend 100%.

I'm from overseas and found this place via Google. I found the lady at reception very pleasant and welcoming. The nurse that saw me was professional and easy to talk to. The doctor explained my diagnosis very well to me and I felt comfortable in his care. The facility is new and looks very modern. I would advise anyone in the are to sign up to get excellent medical care.

I am beyond thrilled to share my wonderful experience at this family practice, which has undoubtedly become our new go-to clinic for all our healthcare needs. From the moment we walked in, the warmth and welcoming nature of the staff made us feel right at home.

We visited the clinic to have my 3-year-old's ear checked following an infection and a high temperature. The cleanliness of the clinic was immediately noticeable, as it was absolutely spotless, creating a safe and hygienic environment for my little one.

Dr. Raj, our attending physician, was nothing short of amazing. His accommodating nature and ability to connect with my toddler were truly commendable. He made sure that my child felt comfortable and at ease throughout the entire examination, which as a parent, provided me with great peace of mind.

The level of care and attention to detail exhibited by Dr. Raj and the entire staff was exceptional. They took the time to thoroughly examine my child, answer all our questions, and provide us with clear and concise information on the treatment plan.

In summary, our experience at this family practice was outstanding. The combination of a clean and welcoming environment, along with the compassionate and professional care provided by Dr. Raj and the staff, made our visit a truly awesome experience. Lovely team. The surgery is really nice, clean and well presented. The staff are very professional, but also extremely friendly and helpful. Also very thorough and as a new patient they checked all of my history with me, what I was up to date with and what might need to be checked or tested soon (ie blood tests, skin checks) I’m very happy I chose them as my doctors! My partner will be signing up here too.

Didn’t realise professional friendly medical service was still around, I was blown away by the whole experience, from reception to nurse thru to Dr Talbot, a fee involved but worth every cent.

Mermaid family practice is a wonderful doctors surgery in a fantastic location. All their staff are delightful and their doctors are the best on the coast!

So happy that this medical practice is opened in Mermaid. There’s plenty of free parking centrally located but most importantly friendly professional service with a smile, how lucky I was to have a appointment Dr Mayada who will now be my GP, she was very caring, thorough and I walked away feeling very pleased with outcome. An extra bonus is they have a blood clinic in the building, thank you to the team.

Such a welcoming, friendly and skilled medical practice. Mermaid Family Practice offers all forms of medical assistance. Easy to park, clean and very well organised. If you are looking for a new GP, Mayada Zaki is the best GP you will ever see.

My husband visited Dr Zaki. He had been a patient of hers at another practice and is delighted she is practising at MFP. Highly recommend this practice.
