Mega Meats

Previously in spring 2023, I bought some thick cut lamb chops that were on special. I put them in the freezer for a bbq in the near future. Well New Year's Eve came, so we decided to make a special dinner. What a special dinner it was. I used those thick cut lamb chops. They were moist & full of flavour. I normally stick to mince due to affordability & versatility. Thankyou Mega Meats, that was the best meal I have had in awhile.

Absolutely love this place. Always has a huge range of different types of meat. I buy their bulk whole porterhouse. Also a huge fan of their mini chicken roasts.

Some of the freshest meats available here, staff are also very helpful. Recommended for everyone

This shop, now very expensive and quality of meat has gone down toilet. Used to he great shop. Also the bleach use to clean so strong it give me breathing problems and burnt eyes. Not good, I know must clean shop, good they clean shop but that much bleach in low ventilation very dangerous.

Very affordable butcher. Find alot of different varieties of meat. Also close to fruit and vegetables store.

The look one my husbands face with the variety and prices was priceless. Definitely worth the trip to stock the freezer up again.

The manager is so rude to his customers. What ever happened to customer service?

Bread is old and past it's used by date.
Reduced items for quick sale, are old.

This place used to be really good, and good value for money. Meat is so expensive now, and Staff at the front counters have become rather rude now. Maybe sick of people complaining about the hefty price increase.

Great selection of good quality meats at great prices.
Good selection of sauces and spices.
Weather it's Lamb, pork, poultry or beef this store has it all.
Friendly staff make it easy to get what you want at a great price.

Your getting as bad as the service stations. How can you justify the price rise on your steak, what are you selling the prize winners at the Royal Show? Woollies is better value now.

Our Support Houses experience here was amazing.after taking advantage of the amazing meat specials. I was struggling to load it into the car until one of the workers (Matt) appeared from somewhere, went above his duties (I'm certain). And assisted loading our haul. Thanks Matt and Mega meats

Great value for meat but the female staff weren't really nice. None of them acted like they were happy to be there, cashier even rolled her eyes at me as I was trying to pay. Just off customer service alone, I'd rather go to Super Butcher around the corner

Quality meat and staff are very helpful. First time there today and i will definitely be back. My brother recommended this place and said not to go anywhere else for meat.

Thanks heaps for help and advice. Great quality whole pork shoulder I purchased on Friday alongside sausage casings. This place always has the cut I'm chasing.

Today I purchased 15kg of whole porterhouse steak. The staff were friendly & obliging in slicing it for me. The appearance of the product was of good quality. Very nice guys, Thankyou.

The meat was off when bought from there. It has happened on more then one occasion. Very poor quality meat.

The team pretended not notice my existent, when the person drew the short straw finally drag his feet to serve me, he pretended not to understand what I was trying to convey. I thought the till lady was a mute incapable of uttering “hello, how are you” but it wasn’t the case but SELECTIVE customer care. I believe in supporting the locals and small businesses but they are not interested in my support.
