From day one the communication has been first class, test results came back in the appropriate & requested formats.

I approached Bullivants, Stenhouse and All Lifting for a load test. None could help me on the phone. Stenhouse said they'd get someone to call me back, never did. Bullivants and All Lifting asked me to email, which I did and again the next day to follow up, stressing the urgency. 2 weeks later, no reply. Mechtest were able to help me out right away - gave good info on the phone, got me a quote within the hour, were able to perform the test the next day. Report is clear, very professional, and including a number of photos. Completed earlier than they originally indicated. Can't fault the service. Price was higher than the other mobs, but well worth it in my opinion.
