Ordered some sliced topside to make Rouladen for Christmas and had a bit of a miscommunication over how they would be prepared and ended up getting something that wasn't really suitable. Brought it back to the shop the next morning and they immediately fixed me up. Sliced some more on the spot exactly how I wanted it and practically refunded me at gunpoint for my trouble. Easily the most painless return I've made in my life and this is while the boys were flat strap dealing with everything else Christmas brings. I'll definitely be coming back.

I can't praise this butcher shop enough! The service is outstanding, and the quality of their meat is unparalleled. Every Saturday, I eagerly visit to indulge in their delectable porchetta, ham off the bone, and pork and fennel sausages. The flavors are simply amazing! What sets this place apart is not just their incredible selection but also the consistently high quality of their products.

What a great experience with this shop. Called in Sunday morning to gather supplies for breakfast and lunch (all Brisbane visitors). Double smoked bacon, fillet steaks, sausages and kebabs for 20 people. Lots of great comments on the steaks and bacon. Treated like a customer.

Called in Sunday arvo. Friendly and welcoming staff. Grabbed some of there kebabs Beef & Veggie plus Lamb & Feta Cooked tonight on the grill, fantastic. Quality meat, veg and cheese. Thanks Meat at Billy’s we are coming back to try more. Highly Recommended

The boys greeted me at the door and were ready to help. Their meat looked great and I guess the produce looked pretty good too. Was given advice for a brisket rub which turned out excellent and was the crowd favourite at the BBQ. Will be coming back here and I look forward to being a regular customer

The Pork Loin Roast with Pancetta, Pear & Walnut stuffing was D_I_V_I_N_E! The best Christmas Roast ever. Tender Pork, crunchy Crackling & tasty Stuffing. Thanks Billy's, the entire family just loved it.

Had the pleasure of dealing with David and Damien in store today and they were great. Super helpful, very knowledgeable and plenty of advice on how to get the best results with my cooks. The meats unreal as well!

We conduct our weekly (sometimes 3 times in a week) visits to get our meat here. This store really deserves a 6 star review but a 5 stars will have to do. As per my Ashgrove review this is due to the ambience culture. In both stores the as always the meat is outstanding. Keep up the great work boys.

These guys are awesome. My first visit last week to get a few samples. My GOD. The pork medallions are to die for, the pork ribs sensational and the grass fed sirloin simply melted in the mouth. Went back today and loaded up with a week's worth. Greated with a new shop, the display is massive full of fresh treats. Do yourself a favour and pay these boys a visit. You will become a devotee

Love coming here, always the best meat you can buy, staff know what they are taking about, they will tell you the best cut and the best way to cook it, would give 6 stars if I could

I have been a regular weekly customer for 2 years now and I can't heap enough praise on the team at Rosalie. Great meat and friendly service and the meat is always worthy of a fine bottle of red! Would certainly appreciate that if all customers frequenting the store would respect the rules set out by management. On Saturday had a couple tying up the store whilst 10 people waited outside for them to decide what to buy. Let's all get behind MAB and respect their rules for a pleasant experience. Thanks Guys!

Have been coming here for 2 years now. The kind of place I walk in to and they remember my weekly order. Steaks have always been top quality. Have many gluten free options for my coeliac daughter. Awesome ready to cook mini roasts and great selection of snags

My wife initially purchased a heap of meat from the Rosalie store a month or so ago and was fantastic. As we don't live locally, when I was back in Brisbane, I went straight back in and purchased more and the service was great! Initially the lamb rack ($70 kg) was great so purchased another plus $$ a lot more as I am happy to pay for quality. Went to open this one the 7th Oct as due by the 9th Oct and found it to be fairly green on the bone and on the meat, accompanied by a unique smell. Contacted the Rosalie store only to let them know as this can happen and not anyone's fault but the great service turned the opposite with the person who I wont name, seemed to imply it was my fault for the meat quality. He jumped off the phone to talk to someone and came back on and said bring it back/or a photo and they will replace. That wasn't my intention and before I could even say a true thankyou he hung up rudely. So, when I support a local butcher over a supermarket, pay premium quality $, I would appreciate some common courtesy in conversation.

They guys are very knowledgeable about food and their meat products. They are also amazingly helpful and always make you smile.
