I cannot recommend Ryan Greeg more than I could fathom.

He absolutely upholds and advises so much more than any other agent I have dealt with.

Have rented for many years, have purchased and sold a couple of properties inner north Brisbane, and for any future rentals and or property purchases, I will go through Ryan. He advises and informs to the most minute detail and is impeccable across the board.

5 stars and nothing less!

Looked for a house for nearly a month and wasn’t getting anything until I met Lisa, being a young renter she saw potential in me and helped me to the best of her abilities and I now have a place! Really hardworking!

Had a viewing today, and was left waiting with 20 other applicants for 20+ minutes where the agent didnt even show up.

Wow-what a lovely surprise!
As a renter, we were hoping to find a new home including a property manager who was honest and sincere in their interactions, spoke kindly of their clients and even kinder of their tenants.

Demonstrated humility when asked for assistance and showed patience when asked questions. Practised transparency by contacting and updating the tenant on the application processes while also being completely contactable.

Thank you Vanessa Pleasance for all your help and possessing all of those things mentioned above and for delivering it in such a professional manner by making the whole process a positive experience, due to this reason I look forward to interactions with McGrath Estate Agents Wilston.

Very poor. Could not get a response for my queries about a Waterworks Road, Ashgrove property and now have obviously missed out.

Unreservedly DO NOT recommend the Sales Team at McGrath Wilston. Anne Fidler and Julie Ford were horrible and a total waste of my time and money.

My girlfriend's place is rented out through McGrath Wilston, and they are the worst real estate agency I've had the misfortune to come access. Her toilet was broken and we were advised to use a rusty bucket. They decided to start charging for extra things mid lease without getting approval from both parties, and don't have any communication. The floor wasn't installed properly in the house, and as such it has started to come up, and even though literally dozens of emails have been sent to McGrath over the past couple of years, the closest they've ever gotten to actually fixing it is to saying that they'll get someone out to organise it, yet haven't even started that yet. Also, during the 2 years that this email communication has been going on for, they have lost the conversation MULTIPLE times, then claiming they never said anything, even though written proof was still available - this happened multiple times. Also the agent is never actually in the office - even though, once again, multiple times when the agent has sent an email, if you try calling 2 seconds later, you've always just missed her. Absolutely terrible real estate - I wouldn't want my worst enemies to be renting through McGrath Wilston, and if you find a house rented through them, stay away!

Without a doubt the best real estate agents I’ve ever dealt with as a tennant. Incredibly helpful and professional through leasing, and exiting process. Especially Shanniah! Quickly and pleasantly resolving any issues regarding maintenance, bond, payments or anything without a hassle.
Cannot recommend McGrath enough!

I had fled from an abusive relationship into a rental apartment, with AVOs in place. Near the end of the initial lease, McGrath Wilston informed me that the owner of the property was selling.

Some background information. My ex-husband is extremely abusive, a paranoid delusional schizophrenic - he'd grab me, freak out if I left the house alone, he would get jealous over my work, he'd lie to people and say I was keeping him from his friends, he got enraged if I ever spoke to anyone on the phone, work trips were nightmares of constant accusations and screaming. He hid in the yard with binoculars to spy on me late at night as I worked through a window and set up recording equipment all over the house. He has been stalking me since the divorce, and I had moved far away and gotten an AVO.

I had informed the Real Estate of these issues and begged that they defer open homes to the end of the lease. Not only did McGrath Wilston completely ignore my pleas for my safety, they held open homes without written permission and let in my ex-husband multiple times, who posted photos of my house and private possessions on the internet. As the real estate didn't bother to supervise the open home properly, I believe he may have installed listening devices again to keep track of my movements as I have spotted him following me on multiple occasions.

After having a horrendous experience with another property management company we have moved to McGrath Wilston. I cannot express my relief to have Shanniah as our property manager.
She is outstanding. She’s extremely capable, responsive and has a wealth of knowledge. She has completed fixed all outstanding issues from the previous company whilst keeping us updated at every step.
I have never been more confident in the decisions we have made to invest in property until now,

McGrath Wilston have managed my property for nearly 6 years and have done a fantastic job. Recently, Shanniah Morse has taken over as my property manager as a new member of the team and she has been excellent. Shanniah has all the hallmarks of a great property manager, she’s professional, responsive and considerate. Very happy.

Cannot speak for sales, however the rental side of McGrath Wilston is nothing more than a joke.

Rented a property through them from mid 2017 til Feb 2020, and had troubles the whole time. Troubles with the lease, troubles getting in contact with the property manager, and mostly troubles with getting the property manager to do anything.

The property manager at the time, Jess Smejlis consistently got things wrong, or just didn't do anything.

Now in Nov 2020, I'm trying to apply for a property through another real estate and McGrath Wilston have no record of my name on their system.

Edit: To further prove the inability to take action, over a month after I’ve posted this review and McGrath have responded with “One of our team members will contact you shortly” I’m still yet to be contacted. Beautiful example of how McGrath Wilston’s admin address issues, no matter the size.

As a note to McGrath though, I do not wish to be contacted. Thanks and have a lovely day.

Seemed really good from a tenant's perspective - Jess was definitely one of the better real estate agents we've had over the last few years.

What a sensational team Craig and Julie (and of course the rest of his team) make. Selling my home and moving interstate has been beyond emotive for me and I couldn’t have asked for better agents to handle the sale and at times myself!

Having formerly been in the industry myself for well over a decade, I knew that I might at times be picky, suspicious and even neurotic when it came to selling. Craig and Julie are a winning combination of tenacious, logical, compassionate, outstanding negotiators and fiercely loyal.
