I was very happy with McGovern Agencies and I would certainly go there again. I bought an electronic gate opener that cost about $800. I was very happy with the product. When it failed due to an electrical fault, they promptly helped me with warranty service and there was no additional charge. The staff were very helpful and always offered free advice on how to install/maintain the product. I am a private buyer and I have no relationship with McGoverns.
Rang this morning needing a repair to our roller door. Billy had the problem sorted by lunchtime. Great service.
Very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable staff. Explained the installation process in layman's terms and when their technicians came out to do the job they were fast and thorough - even cleaning up before they left. Highly recommended!
