McDonald's Sunnybank

I am very pleased with my experience at this mcdonalds. I ordered a double cheeseburger and it was delicious. Ever since it has touched my taste buds I cannot forget that taste. I think it was made by a little girl name Fiona. I was also served by a little girl named Amila she was very sweet. I have a hearing problem and she was very patient with me. They are the best and you should be grateful to have them.

Food below quality. Urine all over the floor of the toilets and no toilet paper in sight. I saw people tracking urine from the bathrooms throughout the restaurant. Disgusting. I can't blame the staff for the disgusting habits of their customers, but there needs to be some sort of cleaner on board to maintain some level of cleanliness.

I don't know what happened with Maccas at Sunnybank since last two week. I ordered caesar salad on Monday.it's come without bacon today I went there to pick up replacement meal and I mentioned No Shaved Parmesan Cheese but it come with Shaved Parmesan Cheese and no caesar dressing at all.

Most times they forget an item, last time we ordered (via uber eats) we got no fries with the 3 meals we ordered. Pretty hit and miss quality-wise, sometimes the coffee is amazing, sometimes I wish I'd gone to Starbucks.

Cam this place be more disgusting?
It's so dirty all the time. Chips on seats, on the floor, drips of God knows what all over the walls. Toilets are filthy. Staff looks stressed and noone ever cleans. It's no busier than one's I go to at Newmarket amd Stafford which is always super clean.

Was eating outside when one of your employees came out and walked across the front entrance and SPAT! Puts the service, atmosphere and overall cleanliness and hygiene down the drain.

8/10 time I’ll get wrong or missing orders, first time I ordered an angus burger and ended up getting bacon burger, always getting missing fries and had to park in the drive way for over 20 mins? Cause they made wrong orders? Can you not double check the order before handing it out?

Met with no staff. Had to order at stupid machine that failed to print receipt and gave no sign order had been made. Coffee and toasting came with no sugar, no stirer and no serviettes. Had to ask after waiting for ages at counter for staff to come over and it seemed to be a complete shock that I wanted them. Floor was dirty and seating seems yo have shrunk.

What you would expect, McDonalds with nice staff and clean seats/tables. Encourage all to consider a donation to Ronald McDonald house whilst here, a very worthy cause, giving parents an option to be close to their kiddies in very tough times

Very confused manager i found.bought a meal, they gave something totally different and incomplete.

I bet they never clean the group handles on coffee machine. The coffees were literally burnt every time I go this week no matter what time it is. As the barista you better know how to properly clean your coffee machine, if not such a shame on you.
Although the service was great, probably one of the best in near area.

Been here a few times and if you’re ordering to eat inside don’t bother! They seem to only care about drive through! We’ve ordered small take away meals and they seem to be fast at giving it but if you’re ordering meals to eat inside be prepared to wait for 40 minutes because they are busy packing orders for only drive through! Our drinks and icecream were just sitting for ages on the bench and then when it finally came to giving our food I asked for new icecream as the icecream had melted in the cup and the lady working gave us attitude and rolled her eyes. No apology just attitude and then slammed our icecream on the bench. We won’t be back.

FYI this is not a 24hr McDonalds. I arrived 1am, even got an Uber to go through drive-in, but they closed it off with witches hats and the walk-in just had closed doors.
Haven't tried the food yet due to this. The 3 stars is for the poor online communication of hours and no on help from the staff that were clearly inside.

Every night from 12.30 to 2 AM, This guys are updating register.and that's the only Mcdonalds in the world who is doing it. EVERY SINGLE NIGHT‍️

The most simple of burger seems to be impossible, a filet o fish, has only sauce, HALF a slice of cheese and fish and they can't put that together, half the cheese is on the box, and if you try straighten the burger up, the cheese sticks to the bun and tears it, and where's the sauce? Any time I come here I get stale chips or stale nuggets. Stuck up service through drive through also any time I've been. Have they heard that a smile goes a long way

The staff in the mornings are always soooo happy and energetic. It makes my morning better while picking up my coffee. Have recently improved the drive through with duel order points. Nice and easy to enter from the main road, but I would suggest exit g from the rear street and go to the traffic lights as the main road is very busy.

Give this one a miss.nothing I've experienced is made with any sort of quality compared to other branches

Laziest maccas. Some of the kids are quite disoriented and don't know how to process orders efficiently.

A truly exhilarating and stimulating experience, like seriously! Why on earth would you take your family on a daytrip to MovieWorld on the Gold Coast or your partner on a romantic date to South Bank when you can go to Sunnybank McDonalds!

I had the absolute time of my life on this particular Maccas playground, the combination of the vibrant colours, the bright flashing lights and impressive playground structure, made me feel like I actually belonged to something. A community. The Sunnybank community.

In terms of customer service, I was exceedingly impressed! Talkative and reliable staff flooded the grounds, however I'm still so devastated I didn't get a certain barista's number, her customer service skills and overall persona and intellect impressed me! I'm also disappointed in myself also for not saying hi to the manager, what a cool dude he seems to be, props to him for training such educated and mentally simulating staff!

The food was great too, although they forgot my sundae cone at first, which is all good because forgiveness is my top character strength. Oh! I almost forgot to mention the strange man blankly staring for hours into space at the entrance of the facility, he is a stellar example of what wide range of activities are available at Sunnybank McDonalds.

Overall a thrilling experience, definitely recommend, especially you're looking for a fun day out or a possible getaway!

It's a nice Macdonalds with a lil play area for kids. The is need for a better changing table (one that isn't sloped towards the ground) but apart from that it is a good place for fast food
